“Very simple...I went into Ace to get another Safety Vest. I left mine at another location 3 hours away. I walked in and it's very neat and organized. I saw a nice lady working and asked what aisle I could find the vests. She directed me to Aisle 4 on the left. She was going to walk over with me. I said no need since she was up on a ladder already. I told to aisle 4 and find my Safety Vest. It's a little cheaper than what I paid in Hawai'i. Who doesn't like saving money?I had to go back and get the associate because everything's is securely locked. Now I felt bad. She assisted me with getting the Vest down. As I walked to the Checkout, I noticed that they also sale all flavors of Pies. I didn't see the price. Of course, I was only thinking of hubby as I often do. He would have loved the for sure. J”

“I have been to this store many times and have always been able to find help. This evening I thought I should finally leave a review because of the customer service. I came in, in a bit of a panic because I was failing as a first time plumber. I had attempted to replace a fill valve but the flex connector broke and I thought I might not ever flush the toilet again! I turned off the water and grabbed what parts I could and brought them down. Sierra was already helping someone when I was in the plumbing aisle and I knew they were only open for a little bit longer but she didn't hesitate at all when I asked for help after she was done with the other customer. She knew what she was talking about and helped show me what I would need to complete the project. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and I left feeling satisfied and ready to get this toilet flushing again. Everything is back to working order and I just wanted to thank Sierra for her patience with me and answering all my questions”

If you can't find what you are looking for, just ask because you probably aren't looking in the right place.”

“Easy to see from the highway westbound, but you have to take the next exit, Travis Blvd, turn right then make the next legal right, follow the road down until you see it on the left. It is a well stocked store, people are nice and helpful there.Prices are good but on occasion you get what you pay for. I would not buy the tools for professional use. They are great for occasional or one-time use.Some of their tool lines have increased in quality lately.”

“Found out Horizon is part of a huge international company - they specialize in dealing with contractors who place large orders - I am very small customer with garden irrigation needs who visited the store many times (some with refunds) - the staff still took the time to give me guidance regarding my needs - a special salute to Chuck, Gumby and Jose (the staff I personally dealt with) - they are true professionals who are patient and pleasant at the same time !”

Excellent service and communication every time. If they cant help me they direct me to the Concord location where I get the same results. “This review is more direct at the staff of Platt, but this is one of the best stocked Platts I've been to in a while. Now the staff, 10/10! I was helped by a gentleman name Brandon who was by far the most helpful and pleasant person I've dealt with in a while! “We decided to go here instead of the big box stores and are very happy we did. The quality of boards we received for our fencing project were superior. We had them delivered to our home and we were told that if weren't pleased with any of boards we could exchange them. Out of the 216 boards we only needed to exchange 11 and we are very picky. We also experienced excellent customer service. The prices may be a little higher but well worth the cost when you consider the quality you are receiving. Our fence is now completed and we've already received many compliments.”

“If you need a fastener, such as a nut, bolt, screw,..., or tools and chemicals related to fastening or fasteners, This is the place. They are geared more toward industrial clents, but anyone is welcome, and they have items you probably won't find anywhere else. Only downside is that you often have to buy in bulk, when you only need one or two of an item.”

Sure, some parts are a little pricey... but, I am completely amazed their WILLINGNESS to help: Whether it's searching for OEM parts (for MOST models, Carrier, Goodman, Rheem, Lennox, Payne, Trane, Bryant and more...) or offering lower priced & comparable after market replacements; Whether it's delivering the parts to you, placing Will-Call orders for you at other locations, or, showing integrity by directing you to their competitor's store if they know that that vendor can help you out by getting the rare part which they may not be able to... “This is the largest RH outlet in Northern California and also the busiest. They get deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so you'll see new items on these days or the day after, it all depends if they have enough space to put the new items out. Items sell very quickly here, so be sure to put items on hold if you're interested. They can hold items up to two hours. Most items are at least 50% off, but some are not. Some items with no damage have to be on the floor for 90-180 days before they go on clearance.However, every store has their own practices for discounting, so you never know. If you are serious about an item, have them check the item because sometimes an item is marked down, but they have not had a chance to mark the tags yet. You have to arrange your own pick up and they can give you up to two days to figure it out. The folks here can check their inventory to see if other stores have more of an item you are looking for, but they won't know the condition of the item or the price of it, you'd have to call the stores directly to get that info. I have always been greeted when I have come to this store, and the customer service has been great. Sabina is the store manager, and she's the rock star that is always actively overseeing everything at the store.”

“Today I went in for some LED household lights and great deal on. Milwaukee Compact Drill. The customer service of 2 people (Madaleese & Dave) in the tool department was above and beyond the call of duty. The Milwaukee was stored down under the lowest shelf locked up & the combo were extremely difficult to manipulate for both of them. They both laid on the ground to access 2 locks and retrieve the drill I wanted. I thanked them for their efforts and they thanked me for the business. With customer service like this it's no wonder I keep returning to my neighborhood Home Depot. Of course the tool was of great value, as it was on sale with 2 extra goodies included!”

“{Update: 06/28/2020 We went to see Alicia M. Abigana Store ManagerThe Home Depot 0637, She apologize for the assistant managers behavior. We told her how we were treated and she was very polite and respectful and understanding, her assistant manager basically did not know what he was talking about. We think he's in training because we have not seen him. But every thing worked out great!!! She took care of us. She got use the right epoxy paint for our driveway. So I wanted to say if anyone has a bad experience with the store employee go see her. I am giving this store 100 stars.....update}. We are so happy with the outcome that we definitely will come back. This store has everything!!! Update on 06/29/2020.My wife, and I, had a very bad experience today at 6:05 pm on 06/22/2020. The Store is located at 2121 Cadenasso Fairfield California 94533. Store # is 0687We have been living in the Fairfield /Suisun City area since 2006. We buy our plants here, We talk to the employees before we decide to do a project. From buying we ask a lot of questions and the employees are really nice and they are knowledgeable and always give good advice. They have always been friendly to us, But today was different, We bought BEHR Base930N Priming 1-Part Epoxy Garage F64 Storm. We were told by the paint department to get this paint. We bought like 10 cans and they set us up with rollers and a special too to stir the paint. We were told to use Dawn liquid dish soap to remove the dirt and grim. So I bought a 4500psi honda pressure washer and it took out the stain from our walcome mat. We did what Home Depot had advised us. So after brushing and scrubbing our drive way. it looked really nice. So we waited a few days for everything to dry and we started painting my wife and I. We did one coat early in the morning because we knew it was going to get hot due to summer. We waited for the next day and we painted in the morning. After 3 days we parked our van in the driveway and our truck too. We went to work early in the morning and when we came home in the afternoon the paint went to our tires and the paint was missing from the grown we had painted. So I went ahead and repainted and I was thinking maybe we needed a sealer to go on top of this paint. So I was looking on the can and it said you don't need to seal it but just clean it with soap and water if it gets dirty. Okay so I repainted the part were the paint or epoxy paint what ever you want to call it and I waited for a week an d then this last Sunday the 21, of June we had to park in the drive way. This morning when i was moving my truck the paint just peeled off, My wife and I said let go to Home Depot and lets go talk to someone. We walk into the store and was greeted at customer service. We showed the nice Mexican guy, We didn't get his name but we had explained what happen as i am doing word for word. We showed him the pictures on our cell phone and he said he would have to call his manager for store credit so we could try something different. So Carlos the guy wearing Blue said he couldn't help us because we did not use Primer before Priming the driveway!!! What I know is that we told the Painter person who is a little short Mexican lady their is primer in the paint and she said yes when we bought the paint back on 05/27/2020 and again on 06/06/2020 and we spent $775.00 And I told the Manager that we did everything we were told to do. But then he came up with more reasons not to help us. He was saying that I have no experience. And the way he was talking to me so My wife step in and explained to the manager what we did and he was getting a little bit of a mouth in his tone of voice. We were told if we ever had a problem to always go to Home depot for advice or talk to a manager. My wife cut in on the conversation because I am a little slow and I don't explain myself very well. But Carlos came across with an attitude when my wife was trying to explain plus I couldn't understand what he was saying because I have a hearing aid and my hear”

“Ok sometimes when we go here, there are no sales associates around and available to assist. Sometimes they see you but don’t greet you or ask if you need any help. BUT, DEAN from appliances was super cool! He helped our family pick the washer, dryer and fridge for our new home by giving us so much detail and knowledge about all the items and brands. Dean is very knowledgeable and ties his experiences with the sale. He made sure we left understanding what we were getting and he was super chill to talk to too. Give this guy a raise lol if you guys need any appliances, go to Dean in Fairfield!”
