“I have been extremely impressed with Citibank. Julio, Ashley, Diana, Gina, and Susanna are all extremely friendly and attentive to every client. I personally saw Diana help a disabled customer and treat him with dignity when he needed assistance I switched my business checking to this branch when they had some generous promotions for new accounts. Usually when I stop by this Citibank branch there are 3 tellers and only 3 customers. Very short wait. What a refreshing experience compared to Bank of America that has 2 tellers and 20 people in line angrily waiting forever. Bottom line is Citibank is the best kept secret for customers living on the Sunland Tujunga area.”

“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”

“Not since I was a young boy/teenager/young adult visiting my relatives in the 475-person (+/-), very, very small town of Chamois, Missouri, have I even felt remotely close to the level of hometown, highly personalized financial services that you receive everyday at the GFCU. While all of their employees are awesome, the two that I have dealt with and who have taken care of me perfectly (not an exaggeration) for years and years are Branch Manager Laura M. and VP of Operations Arpi K.! I've had to go thru three major financial reorganizations, as the result of my not staying focused on my finances as I should. Laura and Arpi have treated me like a family member each and every time, and have never made me feel poorly for the way I've handled my affairs. Their second reorganization allowed me to finally purchase a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry SE, literally just one month before Covid hit, which saved my caboose, as I'm a Type 2 Diabetic! Even though I still maintain a few accounts with one of the largest banks of the Pacific West, the STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from Laura and Arpi from Day 1 has been ... and will continue to be unparalled! What is so astonishing to me, is that it seems to come so naturally them ... never forced. And let me tell you, throughout my adventurous financial travels with the GFCU, I've needed a lot of "hand-holding" at times ... and not once was my hand in need not being held and guided to the calming state you feel when your whole being simply knows that only your very best interest is being protected and supported by the PHENOMENAL GFCU FAMILY!! “I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”

“I was looking to buy a new Tesla Model Y during the last 2023 XMAS season and was looking around to get a new car loan. A quick online search showed that most auto loan rates are all between 6%-8% nationwide. It seemed like it was not a good time to buy and finance a new car.So I contacted Clearpath FCU as I used to have a car loan with them before, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to offer the best interest rate at 6.00%, beating Tesla own financing rate and other financial institutions in this unfavorable market condition. So, I started a new loan process and was helped by Carlos Dominguez, the loan officer of the Burbank branch. Within 2 business days, I got a pre-approval letter for my loan at the lowest interest possible.Once I settled on the specific car of my choice and put down a deposit to secure the car, I sent Carlos the purchase order, and within 2 business days, a check was readily available for me to come pick up at the branch counter (I could have it FedEx to me as well but that would take another day). When I went pick-up my car at the Tesla Point of Sale, I just gave them the bank check, signed some paperwork, then drove my car away...Thanks to Clearpath FCU and Carlos, who went above and beyond all my expectations, my car purchase experience was straightforward and utterly smooth. “I had the occasion today to visit this branch as I did not care for the lack of courtesy that I got from my normal local Burbank branch. Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”

“Best bank I've ever had. I've been banking here since 1995. They helped me get a small auto repair loan when I was 18 years old and ever since then they've had my back and my business. At Media City they treat you like a valued member. Since 1995 I've used them for multiple auto loans and now my home loan. What I like most about Media City is that they are nice honest people.
