This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”

“Efficient, friendly, and professional UPS location!! This place is well run and is always tidy. There are two automatic return kiosks in the back which staff are more than happy to help you use. Aside from this, I’ve interacted with the staff here on many occasions and they have always been pleasant. Hate doing returns but love this UPS.”

Unfortunately, receiver is fraudlent and manipulated the shipment label and told me that he didn’t receive laptop and got the refund from me. I am in stage that I lost laptop and money as well.

Ups store staff really fought hard with UPS capital and did justice to my lost package and got cheque of my laptop value.
