The owners of my local UPS store focus on customer service and their staff shows this philosophy - and that makes a difference. So if you are considering a mailbox service, be aware that not all UPS stores are managed equally, and if you are in Santa Clara County I highly recommend checking The UPS Store at 181 East Tasman in San Jose.”

They are diligent, polite, and helpful with returns, photographs, notarization, PO Box, printouts, shipment, and supplies. The store is well-staffed, ensuring speedy task completion, and they have self-help kiosks for returns. I definitely recommend it!”

“This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”

“Brenton went above and beyond to help me and my elderly father print out a form for the DMV so my mom could get her disabled persons placard. We were having issues with the PDF not printing correctly, and Brenton came over and had us sorted and on our way in less than five minutes. That kind of know-how and excellent customer service is very uncommon these days. Please accept my compliments for the exceptional experience at your store. I was really stressed out when I arrived and Brenton definitely turned my frown upside down by the time we left.

“Efficient, friendly, and professional UPS location!! This place is well run and is always tidy. There are two automatic return kiosks in the back which staff are more than happy to help you use. Aside from this, I’ve interacted with the staff here on many occasions and they have always been pleasant. Hate doing returns but love this UPS.”
