“I took US passport photos here a few times. The staff is very professional and efficient. The shop got good lighting equipment and pay attention to details. So you don’t need to worry about the photos don’t meet visa requirements.
The overall experience is much better than alternatives like CVS, Walgreen, or UPS store.

“I did a quick google search when I wanted to move from California, Sacramento to India, Mysore. UniRelo was the first link that popped up and made the call. Usha was so helpful from the moment we made the first call to the time we loaded our stuff to a 20 feet container. UniRelo was very professional about the communication and rules about the things that we could carry and the one with duty. They were also very honest about the container availability due to Covid whereas none of the other companies were mentioning about this. They also helped us make the decision whether to go with LCL or FCL.
This was just half the work, once the container was received in India, Shankar from UniRelo team handled everything for us. Again very professional at the destination too, everything was communicated through emails beforehand helped us with the custom clearance at the Bangalore office too. The India team also were professional with the move and none of the items were damaged. The entire move from US, California to India, Mysore door to door took 63 days. I am very happy with the UniRelo service and highly recommend Unirelo to everyone looking to make the big move.”

Ami, I believe the store manager, did an amazing job helping us out. Upon arrival, she walked us through the process and explained everything along the way.
