“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

So requested replacement and had to return. Back to UPS. I was greeted with a welcome back. She seemed happy to help. It is always great when you talk to a happy and friendly person. It brightens your day. My now favorite UPS store.”

She has been there quite a few years and she knows her job like the back of her hand. Beth always welcomes every customer with a smile and knows many by their names. It’s like going to a country store where everyone knows everyone. With all the services they have to offer there’s no need to stand in long lines at the U.S. post office, UPS stores and other mailing service centers. I had a return a drop off via FedEx the gentleman at the counter who was helping me took care of it for me and give me a receipt.
I also used The copier to make a copy of my car registration and it was very easy.
Very convenient location & the gentleman at the counter was very nice & helpful.
