I’ve never experienced a long line and the clerk is always super friendly and personable. They also scan packages unlike some other USPS locations for accurate and faster tracking.”

I had about 150 wedding invites to send and really wanted them hand canceled to preserve the look of the envelope when it reaches our guests, and he was more than happy to hand cancel them for me. “Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!

“Yes, they do close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 and yes, that should be posted on this page in big block letters! People should be aware that this is a small local branch in Old Town, so yes, there is typically only one person at the counter (occasionally a worker in back). There’s a big main branch less than two miles up Seal Beach Blvd if you’re worried about lines during the holidays (or you’re like, driving). Otherwise for those of us who are just walking over to mail a package, access a box, or send something certified mail, this place is friendly, helpful, quick, and super convenient.”

This is where we processed our baby’s passport, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for excellent service and organization!”

“Everyone is great at this post office. I send out frequently and many get helped by the woman. They are always friendly and eager to help out. I have seen customers get frustrated at rates of the post office has (which is out of their control) and they handle each person professionally.

“I found my package had been shipped to the wrong address (sending location had put the wrong address, probably because mine doesn't show up in the system), and I was so upset since I wasn't able to go home for Christmas and this was my one thing to remind me of my mom. I should've gotten her name, but the lady who answered not only got the carrier to retrieve the package from the wrong location, but also made sure my carrier got the package and delivered it to me. I can't thank my carrier and this angel lady enough. It would've been an extremely depressing Christmas not having anything under my tiny tree, especially from my mom, who is getting older, and who puts so much thought and love into her gifts.”

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”
“My grandma Ilonga, siblings, and I, dropped?off mail. Also my siblings and I, have waited in the ??⚫️⚪️??????⚪️⚫️??Honda CRV car?. My grandma?let me go in, to get postage stamps.???????????That were probably in 2006 to 2013.”

Since it's a smaller post office my package tracks faster than the other places. Also, they never give me a hard time when I ask for a receipt. Some post office will not give you a receipt if you have already paid for shipping online. I need a receipt sometimes because the one time that I don't get it my package goes not track at all. So I love this one !”

“This is a nice smaller post office location in a fairly busy shipping location by Trader Joe's and Target, among others. So you might just be nearby to take advantage of this place to mail and buy stamps, etc.”

“Parking is €40 for about 24min, on the side. Usually not so busy, they are closed during the usual holidays, this was MLK day, why only the main lobby was open, and it was all empty.
Main Entrance on Long Beach Blvd, there is metered parking in front also.
The staff is usually very nice, I never had any problems, very helpful.”
