“The staff here is incredible. The airlines lost my baggage and I was only there for one day, so I was in quick need of all new gear, head to toe. I believe Joe was helping me, who was extremely knowledgeable about product, size, colors, you name it. They helped me with everything including jacket, pants, thermals, helmet, and boots, within reasonable price (did not try to oversell), and had me out of there quickly. They searched the back for items not on the floor, and recommended where I could get an item they did not carry. One month later, I needed the receipt again for the airline, and they promptly found the receipt while on the phone and had it emailed to me within minutes. I highly recommend shopping here and would go back on my next trip! Thank you!”

“I went to Elite Feet at Squaw Creek today to get some custom setup done on boots that I had just purchased online. I had purchased boots and had fittings done before at their Northstar location (no longer there), so I knew these guys know their stuff! I found out that my new boots have "Gripwalk" soles, a new standard in the last few years that is NOT compatible with older bindings. But the front and rear soles on the bottom of the boot "can" be replaced with the older style "Mountain DIN". Since I have several pairs of skis, I didn't want to replace ALL of my bindings, and one guy DID find the replacement soles to make it work!! AWESOME! Remy was the main guy I worked with, and he really knew his stuff and presented options. Highly Recommended!!!”

“It was overall an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I both went into the shop with ideas of buying a pair of sunglasses. The Employees were so helpful and patient through the whole process. They helped my boyfriend understand the exact difference between each pair, also letting him try them on near the sun. He was deciding for quite some time but they got impatient. We walked out with two sunglasses and pair or really nice discount swim shorts for my boyfriend. They also have us a 10% for buying two pairs, I definitely recommend this store to all.”

“My kid's skis went missing, and we went into True North at 9am on Sunday of a holiday weekend to beg them for new skis. Even though they were slammed, they hooked us up, got bindings mounted and everything. The skis were actually very difficult to mount (skis fault not staff), and one binding slipped during the process by half a centimeter. They told us about the issue even though they didn't need to and offered to fix them if my daughter could tell the difference. We took the skis out, and my daughter could in fact feel the difference so we brought them back. They gave us an entirely new set of skis for no additional charge.”
