“Now that there is a Five Below I like this shopping center even more! The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is clean and new. I like this store better than the two other ones I’ve been to in Porter ranch and lake forest. It’s a great store to take kids because everything is $5 or less and you don’t have to say “no” to more expensive items like at other stores.”

“I stopped by this REI store while my wife was studying on the outdoor seating area near Paris Baguette. I wanted to see what items they had here and also what was on sale. When I walked in, I was surprise that this store is 2 floors. On the second floor it's mostly shoes and attires stuff. The bottom floor has more items like bikes, coolers, watches, clothing and etc. The store looks bigger inside and it's very welcoming. The store is kind of like a hidden gem inside this plaza.”

“I live in Granada Hills for almost 8 years and just recently discovered this store. It’s definitely better than Target or Ross and prices for everything are much better. Or I better say higher. Jason Wu clothing, Theory, Frame, Michael Kors, CK, Rachel Zoe, Annie Klein and few more well known brands. And again,good luck digging. Cause the only difference between Ross store and T. J. Maxx is pricing.”

“Nordstrom is my one stop shop! I love visiting my sales associate at the store and doing online shopping. It’s a great place to check everyone off my holiday list and special occasions. Shopping at Nordstrom gives me a peace of mind. They have superb customer service, quality merchandise and Nordy Club perks. Maria at the Chanel cosmetics counter is amazing! Because I wanted to make sure before I left, however while I was at the registered I figured I’d try one more time with the cashier. This cashier was Jasmin was a total sweetheart and she went to the back and gave me 5 star customer services and check and also suggested that I come back tomorrow and double check. She deserves staff member of the month. We need customer service like this!”

“Jeanette in the make up department Anastasia section to be exact was more than amazing!! I went to pick up some orders for an impending trip. I work across the street so this store is super convenient and I frequent it often. I walked all 3 floors and not one sales associates approached me, even in the shoe department. Correction the young men at the Nike station did, very pleasant. I had my eye on a creamy blush from Anastasia for quite some time and decided to pick one up. I was trying on the different colors when a sweet voice asks of I needed help, it was Jeanette and she was actually helping another customer. All tree of us hit it off and spent about 20 min talking laughing at was such a nice experience. The customers name was Jennifer and I am Joanna ! I gave us a nickname the 3J's Jeannette Jennifer & Joanna! Definitely going back but only for Jeanette!”

“I enjoy shopping at this store for many years. I currently moved near this area but I used to frequent this store in the past on a more regular basis. The prices are incredibly reasonable and their customer service is outstanding! A sales lady worked here and I have always been treated and welcomed so warmly by all the staff, including the owner and his wife. The clothes are of high quality for lower prices. You need to ramage into different racks and you find treasures. Ana who is charge displays so much patience with even difficult customers, she greets everyone with a smile and always so polite, courteous and friendly. She is very welcoming as well as her husband. I had moved back from Pasadena area and I came back because I remembered how friendly everyone was here. Nothing has changed. She has been so thoughtful and she puts clothes aside that she knows that I will like. She has excellent taste and her clothes are unique and different from other stores; it appeals to my eclectic taste. I encouraged my friends to check out this tore and I recommend it to everyone as well.”

“It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next.I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. “You cannot go wrong shopping at Macy. They have a women section and a men's section at the other side of the mall. Stock pickup can vary on what item you buy so I went to both store to pickup a online order. The customer service line at the woman Macy can be busy but good thing they have a separate line for online pickup. The women macy store is 3 floors and there toys r us on the 3rd floor. The employees are throughout the store and can vary on their helpfulness depending who's helping you. I never had an issue when coming to either Macy store inside Northridge mall.”
