“This bank has now become the top of the top with the new regime. Wasnt like this years ago. Ive been a customer there over a year and Im hardly a big fish but they treat me like Im the KINGFISH!. Brianna and her crew do back flips to take care of you and quickly. Rarely a line as they keep things moving and have numerous outstanding different banking products. I cant recommend them enough. Not too mention its extremely convenient to also knock off some grocery shopping since they are nestled right inside Albertsons and convenient ATM machine as well.”

“I have been with this bank and branch or decades through 3 takeovers. The staff there did not change for the most part which shows a loyalty to employees. Some original people are still there. I am not sure about some of the negative reviews. Any person can personally have a bad day, workloads can be heavy with people out sick or working while not feeling well. Some people don't seem to like anybody. Whatever the case, I have experienced that every person working there is genuinely very kind and helpful. I do not experience any longs lines when I visit. Candy is a go to person there who sincerely has your best interests at heart and has never failed to help me with any complication that did arise. I feel fortunate to have had her on the customer's side constantly. All banks have the same irritating rules, procedures and miserable underwriting groups to deal with. At least at this one the people there do care and will really do anything in their power to make you happy and meet your needs. It is a very nice feeling to go where you are genuinely liked.”
“I really can't complain. I like this branch quite a lot. I read some of the other reviews and I understand their complaints. I have had only one issue with them, but it was easily solved - I once deposited a check into an ATM, the system glitched, and the check was not registered by the system. I simply went into the bank and filed a system ticket. Within a week, the bank had located the funds and added the correct amount to my account. Simple solution. In my 17 years of dealing with Wells Fargo, I have never had a serious issue that made me switch. From my experience, I highly endorse this branch.”

“Have used these guys for decades, but stopped using for checking decades ago when the fees grew. However, have affected deposit box here for decades and have always had good service when I needed to get to box. Also, the tellers have been great and friendly. Get small company checks from a Wells Fargo in another state and they have always been no issue in cashing in California - I usually remote deposit in Bank of America. They do not put more than next day holds on these routine checks even when for large amounts.”

“I want to highlight the EXCELLENT customer service Associate Banker Estefany provided me today. While I was there to deposit some checks, I thought I'd ask her if there was any way I could be reimbursed for some service fees my account accrued while I was on state disability during COVID. I explained that the state didn't provide the option of direct depositing the checks, thus I got hit with service fees. I had tried to have the fees reversed at other Chase locations with varying results, and finally just gave up fighting... Not only did Estefany herself try to reverse all of my remaining fees, but when she was blocked from doing it herself, she went the extra mile by making a 10 minute phone call that eventually entirely resolved the issue. Estefany--It may have just seemed like a small gesture, but I mean it when I say I am truly grateful for your help today!!!!! Thank you so much”

Very happy with the level of service I received.One thing to know, while it seems the available staff to help is limited as you walk into the door, they did make a huge effort at accommodating others in line as it built up so as not to let people feel they were going to wait a long time, such as bringing additional staff out from the back to help.”
