“First of all, I have previously used both of their body shops for repairs to my autos. Service, out of pocket costs, and attention to detail are outstanding. Jim, the owner, has a son at each facility. The young men are also honest and professional. What happened yesterday only solidified my opinion about this business. We were driving home from Northern California, in a crazy storm. Super intense rain and thunderstorms. I can't recall this kind of storm. It was a white knuckler for 5 hours. During the drive, water began dripping through the headliner. Then it started pouring in. I had to put my rain hat on, and told the wife that it had to be a leak in the sunroof. We finally made it home around 4 PM. After parking in the garage, I noticed the sunroof was slightly open. Yikes!! A self inflicted wound. I called the Newbury Park facility, and they told me to bring it over asap. Jim, the owner, immediately checked out the situation. Closing the sunroof completely stopped any further damage. But I didn't know what to do about the water damage in the headliner. Jim told me exactly how to fix the situation. It worked to a T. Air movement with some warmth. No charge. Headliner is totally dry without any smell or mold. No water lines. I don't know of any other business with that kind of integrity. It's just a WOW!!”
“Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it.
Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs.
Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway!
I would highly recommend Premier Coach Collision to anyone in the unfortunate position of having to select a Tesla-certified body shop after a collision.”
