“It's probably the nicest gas station I've seen. The ease of ingress and egress, the extra room in case it's busy, the pump layout and the store are top notch. It's pretty much brand new due to the renovation of the old station, and I hope it stays clean and sparkly. I've started using the Chevron phone app to pay at the pump, and it works great.”

“The two guys that were working were nice and there are two bathrooms you can use for free the parking to get gas is a bit tight I feel like but ok. Plenty of snacks and they have coffee.”

“I’m a doordash worker. I been coming to this 7-Eleven store for a long while and employee are so funny and awesome. Store looks clean and well taken care of then other 7-eleven stores. I don’t recommend anyone go to Newberry Park 7-Eleven is not clean and looks bad.”

“The pharmacist was so friendly and helpful! I am visiting the area and had forgotten the needles for my Lantus pen! She went out of her way to check on insurance or using a card. I pick them up tonight!”
“I was on this side of town for a couple days, stopped by this CVS, had a really good experience. It is one of the bigger CVS stores and I liked that they had a lot in stock.. organized displays
And compared to a lot of CVS stores in LA, I didn’t see a lot of items locked up, which is nice cause sometimes the wait time for staff to come and u lock is very long
Self checkout was not working when I was there not sure if it’s temporary or not but other than that a good experience”

“Big fan of this 7-11, I stop here all the time. It's consistent, well-stocked, and well-operated.
Is it a little dirty sometimes? Yeah, of course, it's a 7-11. What convenience store isn't? But it never feels unsafe, even at 3am.
The cashiers are always operating both registers to get people in and out at max speed and I appreciate that so much.”
“I was in a panic around midnight on the last courtesy day to pay rent—I had a money order ready, but a text from my girlfriend informed me the rent had increased, leaving me short by a small amount. With everything else closed, I spotted this 7-Eleven on Google as a Western Union location (it had just one review at the time) and decided to take a chance.
By the time I arrived around 1 AM, the employee mentioned the machine had been glitchy and out of service so a technician was scheduled for the morning. I explained my situation—procrastinating on rent day and now being short—and both the employee and another customer there were incredibly kind and understanding. The customer even encouraged him to try anyway, and for such a small emergency amount, he went above and beyond to make it work. It went through successfully!
Huge thanks to the friendly employee and helpful customer—you both saved me from a major headache. This kind of outstanding, compassionate service late at night is why I'll always come back if I'm ever in the same situation again. Highly recommend!”
“I think this CVS on Moorpark Road sometimes gets a bad reputation… It’s an older CVS and may not be as big as the one that’s by Thousand Oaks Blvd. but the customer care I receive there is more important to me. I’ve used this pharmacy for probably 18 years and throughout that whole time I’ve had established relationships with the various Pharmacy staff and they’re very caring and they follow up on what you ask them to. The line sometimes can be long, but that is not the fault of the Pharmacy. I think they’re great. I also think the people that work at the front are very nice.”

“This is a wonderful little gas station, right in the heart of Thousand Oaks. Their gas prices seem to be lower than the price gougers on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. The additional benefit of this gas station over others is that they have a very reasonably priced car wash on the premises. This makes things convenient, especially in the rainy/winter season, when cars get dirty, and need a quick wash, but don't justify a full service hand car wash.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Ashley today. I was prescribed a mediation not covered by insurance that is quite expensive. She was so incredibly helpful by finding a coupon that reduced the cost by more than half. She also recommended several next steps for the next time I require a refill. Healthcare and insurance is confusing to most, it was kind of her to take the time to offer some guidance. I appreciate people like Ashley!”

“Walked into the store and immediately got an overwhelming sensation of bliss and comfort. The atmosphere this man brings to the gas station is awe-inspiring, not to mention his intense care for COVID protocols which made me feel safe and warm. And to add on, his appearance fell nothing short of full regalia. He even sang a song for us as we walked in "~mask mask mask~". Not to mention he's a feminist. 10/10 would recommend everyone else that sent in reviews is lying don't trust everything you see on the internet trust no one.”

“My mom stopped here because her vehicle was operating strangely. Mike was so thoughtful and checked the car out and even test drove it to see if he could identify what my mom was describing. He located a fuse that needed replaced and ran diagnostics. He only charged us for a small amount of oil but none of his time or labor. Frankly, it was clear how much Mike cares about people. I made sure we fueled both of our cars there and will be sure to support this shop in the future. Many thanks to Mike for his kindness.”

“I wanted to give Wendy's Gas a review because I've found them to be hands down the most affordable gas in the area. They beat everyone else's prices by at least .30/gallon. That is pretty much that beginning and end of my reason for wanting to review.
I hesitated writing this after seeing some of the other horrible 1-star reviews on here... but ultimately, we as reviewer's shouldn't be swayed by the second-hand opinions of others and should really stick to our own experiences. If and when I start to experience the negativity reported by other reviews, I'll change my review... but for now, what matters to me is affordable gas, and this is by far the best you'll get in town!”
