“This center is so accommodating and everyone here is so respectful and helpful. This might sound silly to some, but I have a severe phobia of getting my blood drawn (I panic / pass out). Tristine has been doing it for me for a while now and not only is she professional and efficient at getting it done, but she goes out of her way to make me feel safe, talks to me like a friend and doesn't judge me at all. On my last visit I began to pass out and she literally helped me up, fanned me and talked me back to normal, then we just laughed.
