“I'm typically here for the pizza, especially in the summers when we eat it out on the patio and enjoy the outdoors. But today I was picking up a loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread with rosemary for our New Year celebration tomorrow. They have lots of different breads-- pumpkin, lemon, sourdough garlic, cheddar jalapeno (loaf and rolls), and just regular sourdough. They also have a great selection of single soft drinks and beers if you want to try something different. We've often bought fruit and cream cheese pies too. You ought to check it out!”
“Tom's Farm is an absolute gem. The food is always great and the vibes as well. There is tons of events for the family all throughout the year. My only wish is they did give the motorcycle clubs such a hard time.”
“A wonderful store with wonderful customer service. Friendly and kind service, always helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience and can always find what I am shopping for.”
“Everything in that story is so tasty, you really can't go wrong. The prices are also less than the grocery store, like chicken for example. I have a weak spot for their pre-made salads. They are the classic "Big Salid" with everything included. When you're tired and want to graze, this is an excellent choice with everything close to the source and you get alot for $5”
“Is it just me who absolutely adores this TJ’s or are there others like me!!!!!! I swear, i walk in promising to grab just one thing, and somehow i leave with a full huge card with lot of new goodies that im supposed to try for first timeeeee!!!! At least 5 new snacks, gorgeous flowers that I didnt need, or seasonal product that im attached toooooo!!!!who else consider this TJ’s their happppppy place!!!!!!! Well stocked shelves, friendly self check out and overall great employees…Dont forget to check their flower section!!!! Its smth that worth your money….”
“I can’t enough about this hidden gem! Service was amazing, Shannon was our server, and she shared her favs with us, and it did not disappoint! We did lunch, I had the egg salad, which was DELISH! My friend had the tuna and said it was awesome! Everything is made fresh, and they were so fast! They serve coffee any way you want it, and they have sugar free options! Can’t wait to try breakfast! Met the owner, Deanne (I believe that’s her name) what a delight, so welcoming! Her husband is the chef and makes everything day of and you can tell! I will back for SURE! 5 Star ⭐️”
“Trader Joe's is the best. The employees and cashiers are really welcoming and nice. They always stock up on groceries frequently and have new items to buy from. Also, the location is in the perfect spot in Aliso Viejo. Overall, the shopping experience is perfect every time I come!”
“Love this local spot. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they work hard to keep everything running smooth. They have a huge variety of fresh products and authentic items you don’t always find at other stores.
One of my favorite parts is being able to grab my wife’s favorite hard seltzer here. They carry local brand in both 24oz cans and 12 packs, and they always keep it fully stocked.
Great people, great selection, and a place you can count on every visit.”
“This is one of the newest stores and has a lot of the things that the other stores rotate based on whether or not it does well on the market. This location has the sandwich station, which some of the locations have, but a smaller version.”
“Vons has always been my go to. Coming from Bakersfield, I didn't have a Stater Bros (I'm starting to like that one okay, now..) Vons, though, has always been where I've searched for - in any city or state I've been in, they're always there! I appreciate the setup of this location on De Palma, it seems items are categorized in a way that just makes plain sense. I walk into stores sometimes and thank myself that I'm not accountable for putting it together! I appreciate the staff much more!! - one time I had to do an exchange prolly 12 minutes before closing and everyone was so gracious. The wonderfully helpful checker and even the gentleman that I interrupted counting a till drawer to ask if I could still make the exchange at that time. It's the people that live next door, down or up the road that you see almost everyday.. and these particular two probably won't even realize it, but they actually saved me a little that night with just that exchange - I was sick and craving something from childhood. Thank you. And I wish I knew your names! But I see you often, so I'll post again. 🫶”
“The plumber managed to fix my garbage disposal in just under an hour by replacing a worn-out seal, unlike the first technician who misdiagnosed the issue. His clear explanation of the problem and solution felt reassuring and informative.”
“THE VERY BEST EXCELLENT LOWER PRICES THAN ANY OTHER SUPER MARKETS OR GENERAL GROCERIES STORES
GODLY PRICES AND FAMILIES ORIENTATION TREATMENT TO CUSTOMERS”
“I had the best service from Sam behind the fried chicken counter. That man takes so much pride in his chicken.
He commented to me and another lady saying something about the chicken. I humored him even though I didn't plan to get chicken. He told me that he used to work at Raising Canes and was so proud of his chicken. Not gonna lie
My family loved it!! My father in law said it was the best chicken. My husband had it reheated in the toaster over and agreed! I hope this guy stays there forever bc we are coming back.”

Picked up groceries at Pavilions today in Mission Viejo. The store is always clean and staff are professional and helpful. They had most of the items on the list and stock Rosie's organic chicken breast which is terrific. The produce is fresh and the ambiance in the store is generally calm and positive.
Highly recommended
Previous visit
We shop here regularly and the store is clean, well stocked and the staff are always friendly. They always have fresh items and ensure that expiration dates are checked and old stock removed. The deli area also offers a vast variety of options. The flower section is also well stocked and has a good selection. This is our go-to store for many products. Highly recommended.”

“Great spot to get basic Indian spices! I love the bitter melon chips they sell. They used to sell food, their curries were delicious but they only sell samosas now. Samosas are delicious:)”
“Stater Bros. Lader Ranch is clean, has adequate pricing, is always stocked, and has good employees. The only nitpicking I can think of is that they need a self-checkout line. They seem to always have more people waiting in line then their manned checkout lines can handle efficiently but the majority of clients have 1-5 items each that can easily be paid via self-checkout.”
“They always have fun selections but the staff is so awesome at this location. Someone stocking the shelf’s was so cool and talking with my son & I about the area and things like that. The girl checking us out chatted up about Disney. And it was a fun experience for grocery shopping.”
“The Rancho Santa Margarita Pavilions store is fantastic! It’s large, clean, well organized, and always well stocked. The manager and team are friendly, professional, and helpful. They also have a great selection of wine, spirits, and beverages, including my wife’s favorite, Happy Dad Seltzer. One of the best grocery stores in the area!”
“I was stuck on what to get for lunch lately and happened upon the deli at Albertsons where I found a service that I never knew even existed, custom sandwiches!!
So I ask for an Italian and In return I get to learn about the different slices of meats, like Dietz & Watson which the worker Josh told me about.
I am so impressed at the care these workers put in to their daily jobs, and was so impressed with the deli - especially Josh with his robust knowledge of different kinds of meats and pairings to try on sandwiches.
Great experience and will come again”
“Stater Street Bros
Good afternoon,
I am reaching out after my experience shopping at store #143 on 7/15/26 around 1:00pm PST to purchase groceries. My time shopping at the store went really well, until it didn’t. I was assisted by two guys (I can’t remember their names but STELLAR SERVICE was provided) from the fresh meat/seafood department that were very knowledgeable regarding product availability and potential substitutes to accommodate for product that wasn’t carried in the store (I’d been looking to purchase turkey wings).
It wasn’t until I was at the register being checked out when my experience began to go downhill. When I arrived at the register, I was not greeted by the cashier Jon nor acknowledged with eye contact upon my arrival to the lane. I then said, “hi, how are you?” to confirm I’d AT LEAST addressed him knowing how hard the customer service team works to serve customers and knowing how a simple ‘hello’ can go a long way. I then asked, “Can I input my phone number for the rewards?” to which he responded by pointing at the pay-screen. I typed in my phone number and I noticed it said “invalid”. However, before getting to the register, I’d already pulled up my in-store barcode to scan on my phone just in case. And asked Jon if he could scan the code instead to which he stopped me mid sentence and refused by saying, “ohh no, I’ll enter another code!”
Not only was I appalled by the response, but shocked that instead of being heard during the entirety of this interaction. I was GROSSLY ignored and shutdown from having a voice when I’d intentionally chose this store to meet my grocery needs. If a customer presents the membership barcode that explicitly states “scan in store” below it, what is the protocol?
In addition to him not mentioning the “other code” he would use, I obliged in the moment as there were customers behind me and I didn’t want to cause any further delay. Knowing that I’d take initiative and would later review my receipt for reference. When I looked at my receipt, it was no surprise that no ‘discount’ or ‘code’ was applied which has contributed to further frustration regarding this incident. I look forward to hearing back regarding this matter in hopes that actions will be taken to prevent other customers from having to experience this behavior during their visit. As well as management taking steps to make things right regarding my experience at this store.
UPDATE:
A store manager reached out to me after this post and was SUPER helpful and attentive to my feedback. I really appreciate how understanding Cynthia was. And IMMEDIATELY seen a positive change in the customer service interactions with the team at the store level.”
“Sprouts offers a balance between affordability and quality, especially when it comes to produce and bulk items. It’s smaller than larger grocery stores, which makes it easier to navigate.
Selection is solid, and the layout is straightforward. Staff is helpful, and checkout moves quickly.
As someone who works locally, this is a place that comes up often in conversations. Clients ask me about places like this when they’re evaluating daily convenience.
Parking is easy, location is accessible.
It’s efficient and practical.”
“I highly recommend this Iranian supermarket to everyone! They offer the freshest fruits and vegetables at the lowest prices, making it the perfect place for quality groceries. The management is outstanding, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Plus, the staff is incredibly polite and respectful, always ready to help with a smile. Shopping here is truly a great experience, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Persian groceries!”
“The shop is also at Tom's farms, along with 3 or 4 other shops. The fudge in the shop is unusual usual and very nice. The different varieties that you can't find everywhere really make it special. Enjoyed the experience.”
“It's a little dirty. There's a putrid stench coming from the back where the meat department is. It diffinately has a third world charm. Great prices on produce, baked goods, meat and fish. It's a smaller store, so they wont have everything you'd see at a typical Americal grocery store, but very good for specialty items. If you cook and love ethnic food, are an immigrant or are well traveled/cultured, you'll love it.”
“As someone who just moved from a different area, I REALLY like this Aldi. They have a really interesting selection of seasonal items (planters, greenhouses, raised flower beds, and storage to name a few) along with more pre-made sides (potato salad, macaroni salad, and more), house made pizzas, bbq, Hawaiian chicken with pineapples, and much more. The staff was very kind and attentive with everyone even though it was very busy. They do offer tap to pay (??), and Aldi prices just can't be beat. Just don't forget your quarter if you need a shopping cart. ?”
“Great for what it is. Not fancy, limited in some ways, but the least expensive for most of my everyday items too. Also its very close to my home so convenience factor, and its near Petsmart where I also go, so its double convenient. If I need fancy ingredients I go elsewhere however. They dont have lemongrass, for example.”
“I went to England in August of 2025. I was introduced to different crisps and chocolates, as well as many other British and Irish delights. This store DOES NOT FAIL. They have the crisps AND the chocolate I enjoyed overseas. Thank you!!”
“My favorite sprouts to visit. I walked in and they have the cutest set up for back to school. All the back to school ideas for snacks. I did end up buying a few things from the front and the fresh product never disappoints. The employees here are always so helpful when needed. This is my store to shop for groceries weekly.”
“I always go just for the meat market. Phenomenal selection of meat, poultry, pork and seafood. So many options and marinated items. I love the habenero chicken. Great service and prices”
“Every time I come into this store to shop, if I have a hard time locating something, they’re all very nice and happy to work there. They must have a great manager at this store! I always feel welcome at this store whenever I shop here.”
