“I just received a shipment of furniture from my mother's estate in San Juan Capistrano, which was picked up and packed by Navis, consisting of two pictures, a desk, a side chair, two end tables and one unique dolphin-themed side table with a separate glass top. Shipping was handled by another company, and delivery to my home in Medford, MA by yet another company.Every single item arrived in perfect condition! The packing job was a wonder to gaze upon - I am without words to describe how beautifully, how carefully, how wonderfully wrapped and securely braced each item was in its own box. I was truly awestruck. What skill!My parents were moved every year or two by the United States Marine Corps, for 25 years. I cannot tell you how many of their lovely things (and as kids, our very favorite toys!) were damaged or lost by busy harried movers, stuck on trucks moving other families, dropped off to other families as part of the consolidated freight services then used. Every move meant more loss. If only we had had access to your services!!!Thank you. I looked at that desk in my home and saw my mother as a very young mother, writing notes to her mother or letters to other friends scattered across the country. For 70 years, that desk managed to travel from coast to coast several times, finally resting here, its final cross country trip, but this time, sheltered in its own box. I will love it and never move it again!Thank you - I know you do this every day and have for a very long time, but this meant everything to me.”

She takes the time to make sure I get what I need and because of her I drive out of my way to come to this location. I know I’ll receive the best customer service if I come to her.”

“I called in for a quote and **** responded quickly. He explained my options and what to expect. After speaking with several companies, I chose Auto transporters online because of the reasonable price and more importantly, he was the most professional and knowledgeable. “The staff was very friendly and helpful with my PC and phone repair. My phone was literally connected to my laptop via email. I didn’t know I had so the technician remove that email and remove the viruses that was linking my PC on my phone. Didnt charge me for the extra work. Very nice people.”

“Mason, the store manager working today was so helpful. I feel that he went the extra mile to help me with a challenging and difficult return to China.
The merchant return address was in Chinese characters. I was able to get some of the address translated into English, but the rest Mason was able to translate in Google. Also, USPS rejected the address format and Mason had to resolve this by continuously reformatting and submitting the return address until it was finally accepted.
I just want to publicly thank and recognize Mason‘s efforts and highly recommend this store
