“Angel Huerta is the person you should see if you guys decide to bank at Travis.. he is a very nice person..very welcoming and great with customer service.. he has been very helpful since we walked in.. that day we were gonna give up on getting a new car because how chase the bank we bank with made us go back and fourth from chase to dealership to finding out at the end that Chase couldn’t help us which they could have just told us that in the beginning but wasted our time and it was very frustrating for us and was about ready to give up until I contacted the guy at the dealership and he told us to try Travis Bank and some other bank but Travis was the closest one to us and from there we met Angel Huerta he was very honest in letting us know that the vehicle that we had chosen was very expensive for a high mileage car and yes it was over 120,000 on mileage on a old ass car that I never really wanted it’s just I really needed another car so he helped us look for a different car and he choose the car that we really wanted in the first place which is more newer with lower mileage and cheap on gas and almost the same price.. we are soo happy with our new car..thank you to Angel Huerta.. 🙏”

“I had forgotten the PIN to my bank card so I went inside the branch to reset that PIN. Trevor, I believe, saw me right away. He took the time to look at my recent transactions to see if my card had been frozen. There was a transaction I didn't recognize so he cancelled my card and issued a new one. So friendly, so efficient, such a credit to one of the best financial entities in town.”
“Kahteerah helped me set up an account and clear up some stuff from an old account I had. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and great at customer service. I am a long time customer and I've learned to be patient and wait for him to serve my circumstance. I am not savy with the online services that are offered and he always makes any potential frustration disappear. He is always patient and kind and explains my circumstances well. “My wife and I have been Chase customers for quite a while and it is not until recently we learned that they offer free notary service at a lot branches. We made an appointment and went in to this branch today and were very happy with Corwyn's help in getting 2 documents notarized with multiple copies, all free of charge. Corwyn was one of the most courteous, professional and efficient bankers we have ever met. This kind of quality service from Chase makes their sometimes higher-than-average service fee(s) seems reasonable.”

When Mary retired, and after moving out of the immediate area, I tried another bank more local to my new location for new business venture. It took them less than a year for me to close my account at the newer bank, and migrate it to First Northern, which has my other accounts. I really tried to use the local bank but First Northern is 100% worth the extra dive. .”

They go out of their way to help you out, and they offer a wide variety of services, and can advise you on what is a good fit for your situation. “My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”

They make everything as easy as possible and I would never use another bank after using Chase Bank . “First off, let me state that my standards are extremely high when it comes to customer service; it is extremely hard to find genuinely kind people these days. On Travis AFB, I highly recommend you seek out Mr. Ta'Lon McKinley at the Travis Credit Union across from the BX. This young man was well spoken, made great eye contact, reassured my needs and "actually" followed through with what he said. He is a Senior Financial Service Representative at this branch, and it if wasn't for him; I would have walked away. He took the time to actively listen and then respond; explaining my financial needs (auto financing) thoroughly. He closed the deal by making phone-calls and sending out emails keeping me informed every step of the way! Management, keep your eye on this young man; he's going places and needs to be groomed for higher levels. A Million Thanks to Ta'Lon and thanks to Travis Credit Union!”
