They carefully wrapped furniture, bicycles, golf clubs and anything else that was not already boxed. Their crew efficiently got everything packed into the truck within 3-4 hours. The guys were polite and very friendly.Their paperwork was very thorough and Alpha Marine had taken care of all port fees and for delivery to our new home in Scotland. Their agents in Scotland were equally efficient, keeping us updated with regards to the container's arrival in Scotland. Customs clearance was completed within 48 hours and all our belongings were duly delivered by a crew equally as polite and friendly as the crew in California.Every single item that was picked up in California was safely delivered and not one single item was broken.All in all a fantastic experience. “Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot!”

“Central Pak & Mail is hands down one of the best mailing/shipping centers in Burbank. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they always take the time to make sure packages are packed right and sent the best way possible. They offer a variety of services beyond just shipping, which makes it really convenient for errands.
The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are fair, and I’ve always had a smooth, quick experience here. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big post office, and the customer service feels way more personal.
