“TLDR: Amazing end to end service. My goods arrived as they were. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks to Gloria(SDC), Timothy(SDC) and Frankie(Eurogroup). Very pleased with SDC and would highly recommend.Relocated from California, USA to London, UK. First time I did something like this so I was worried about finding a service to help with the move. My first contact was with Timothy when I requested for quotation then once we were ready to get the process going Gloria was my point of contact. They were both great and communication was smooth, whether it was phone calls, zoom, and email.What I found valuable was transparency through out the process. They were able to answer any question/concern I had. Second was the packaging of the goods, the folks on both sides of the pond made sure everything was well packaged and handled with care. On the US side it was SDC and UK side I worked with Eurogroup which SDC put me in contact with.This is not on the cheap side in comparison to other options I was looking at during my move. Personally, I would rather pay more and sleep at night.Side-note: if you're moving into the UK, look into getting relocation waiver so you don't pay for customs for your belongings.”
“Been trying to send some mail for about a week now and every time I stopped at a postal office, the line were long af. Today I found this hidden gem and figured I'd try it out on my way home. I arrived and there was no line and the guy helped me out with ease. I was in and out within 2 mins.”

“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

“First things first this business is so convenient and well worth it. I stopped by just to price a mailbox and I left with a key. Compare to every other mailbox services this is the best place. Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. “My mom had put a stamp which was worth twice the rate of a regular stamp and was sad when he made me pay for another stamp..I thought is was a regular stamp but it wasn't so I didn't notice and he should have! I paid him more money to send my mom's mail and he should have looked at the stamps value and not charged me. He also asked me to return a letter that was put in my mailbox addressed to a different address completely and a different name to my Post Office..I told him the mail man had delivered twice to my house! I said send it to the correct house I don't want to drive to another PO. He finally agreed to take it. Why should it be my problem. I had put it in the outgoing mail after getting it in my mailbox with the flag up and my stupid mailman just didn't even look at it and put on my mailbox again!!! Didn't even look to see the address was a different street, number, and name!!! So why ask me to any more than leave it at ANY post office? So d**** Not my problem. It was someone else's gas company bill. Sheesh!!!”

“For a service that is underpaid and undervalued they always get their job done. The staff at the post office in tujunga is excellent. Usually there is only one person at the desk again due to being underfunded. So usually you have to wait in line for a little bit. But service is thorough and the package gets delivered. God bless the USPS”
