2687 Countryside Dr, TurlockI went to Petco in Turlock, to get some dog food for my Dog Pepsi. I just lost my dog Tucker this weekend, and Pepsi didn't want to eat. It's been days, so I wanted to buy something he couldn't resist. I spoke with Sara, and she mentioned a couple of different foods and then guided me to them. I bought the instinct Rawboost Kibble and Raw beef, and then I picked up an ice cream. I just got home, and Pepsi is eating the kibble. He's a picky eater anyway, and losing his sidekick made everything worse. I would like to thank Sara for the advice and great customer service.

2081b Geer Rd, TurlockThis place is a hidden gem. I wanted a change because I was not happy with my current groomer. I got an appointment quickly and was able to pay online before I picked my dog up. Shedding season started. If you know, you know. My corgi came out with no loose hair. I was blown away by how thoroughly Mikayla brushed her out. My pup also smelled amazing and days later, her fur is still so soft and fluffy. If this is the standard, I am never going anywhere else, ever again.

For dealing with the loss of my child hood pet kitty and finding a place to put him down at, going to Monte vista I had a bad experience the vet that I had seen had no sympathy no customer service and just had no emotion talking to me or didn’t care to be there knowing what I was in there for. they quoted me for the cremation and without even taking the actual cremations home it came out too 600$ and with the cremations 700$. I didn’t know what to do I didn’t want my cat to be put down there after what I had experienced. A friend ended up recommending to me to try out canal vet. So I called and scheduled an appointment and when I tell you I’ve never experienced such an amazing experience with a vet clinic. The staff was caring, so understanding, and showed so much sympathy. When I signed to get his cremations the total was only around 430$ including the little box they put him in with his name on it as well and that’s all I was told about. I realized I completely forgot to get his fur or paw print or anything like that and to my surprise I ended up getting a call saying they had his fur there for me when I forgot to ask for it!! on top of that in the mail they sent me a care card with all of the staff’s signatures on it with a heart felt message and my cats PAW PRINT when I tell you this is how every animal facility should treat there customers especially after going through this type of loss I’m beyond thankful for this place to go out of there way to do the smallest things that make their facility so special. thank you so much I wouldn’t have wanted this experience to go any other way.

901 E Monte Vista Ave, TurlockIf I could give 10 stars I would. They took such good care of my dog Dane. I went from bringing him in after being attacked by pit-bulls and in really bad shape. I was desperate and with little hope of him surviving to leaving with my dog walking and happy to come home. The women there are absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend this location. The vet, a gentleman named Dr. Villegas was amazing. Very thorough, straightforward and honest. Will be requesting him for future vet checkups with dane and my sphynx cat from now on. A comforting part of my dog being there is the multiple employees coming to me to tell me how good and wonderful my sweet boy Dane is. This place truly cares about the pets that come in. They cheered as my dog walked out because they were happy to see him leaving in good health. They left hearts on him for valentines day and it was just melted my heart.

31 W Canal Dr, TurlockThis is the best place to get shave ice in Turlock. Everywhere else is way too sugary, this place has fresh fruit addition options which I really enjoy! I only discovered this place I think two weeks ago and I've already almost filled my punch card with the amount of times I've been! I've had nearly all the suggested special and I think the "fancy mango" and "fancy cucumber" are my favorites but the coconut kiwi is a close one too!!! The VW van is adorable and they do movies once a week which is cute! The seating is all outdoor but there's shade so it's alright to stay and eat your shave ice! The girls that work there are always nice, I'm a huge fan!

2600 Geer Rd, Turlock4.5 Stars: Calamari was excellent. I enjoyed the soy ginger sauce that came with it. The pork chop was was moist, favorable and tender. The side of Mac&Cheese was very good and the broccoli was cook perfect as well. The house Manhattan was delicious. Service was very good. They had a large private party in the back room that diverted my waiters time. The other staff jumped in and made sure I was taken care of. Well managed and good staff.

842 N Golden State Blvd, TurlockI found this spot while heading to a funeral today and it didn't miss a beat on flavor and the smokiness. The folks at the counter extremly kind and patient. The potato salad reminded me of how my family makes it so double thumbs up! I ordered tri-tip and brisket and it didn't disappoint. The bbq sauce was a nice compliment to the smokiness of the meat.
