58 W 16th St, MercedWe have been loyal fans of this practice since rescuing our first kitten 7 years ago. Recently we rescued another kitten, who had been injured, and both Drs. Sheffield and Lauppe took excellent care of him. Our little guy had gone from 1.1 pounds in May to 6 pounds in August. And our adult cat is doing equally well. He has an allergy to flea bites, which makes flea control very important but he is also sensitive to medicines. Dr. Lauppe worked to find the right medicine and we haven't had flea issues in over 2 years. They do a great job including our children in the visits also. Definitely a family friendly practice.

Dr. Lawson was so gentle and calm with my cat Sadie. She doesn't do good with strangers especially at the vet. Dr. Lawson tried to keep her tone quiet and calm to keep Sadie calm. I took Sadie out of her backpack and she actually let Dr. Lawson pet her! I was so surprised! She was gentle with sadie the whole time. I thanked her for being patient and gentle with her. She has never done that great at the vet. 10/10

3200 G St, MercedTook my baby for his first vet visit with Merced Vet and LOVED it! I was so nervous for my boy due to his aggressiveness, he can be a little unpredictable with strangers but once the vet came in she made sure she gained my pups trust before anything else and it REALLY HELPED. At the end of the visit my boy was so happy and I was so relieved at how it all turned out. Definitely recommend this clinic for your pups health !

The service is great from the order window to the person who brings your order to you. Customers can order from their car, and a car hop will bring your meal to your car. Then you can remain in your vehicle. We decided to eat outside. The outdoor dining area can accommodate small groups. People can hold conversations easily without disturbing other customers.

I had the privilege of talking to Philip. WITH his compassionate heart, he told me that others have requested the same thing. He made me feel better about it??You see I thought I was living in my forever home, so we buried my beautiful baby Mister here in June 2020. But now we're gonna move, and my heart was broken inside, because I didn't feel good about leaving my baby behind. Image the new homeowner going to garden her yard, and see my baby there in a container, to probably be thrown out like a piece of garbage ????So today was the day to drop him off. And I got to meet Philip in person..I thanked him over, and over for his compassion, and a beautiful heart to understand why I wanted to creamate my already buried baby. Philip you went ABOVE AND BEYOND, Customer service, and it's because of your EXCELLENT customer service why your company thrives, and your business grows because of your excellent service..Thank you SOOO much. I HOPE that you boss sees this review so he can recognize you..You sincerely DESERVE IT..Today I brought my baby here to be cremated. I put my baby in your hands to take care of for me.
