“Hello! I want to share my experience of moving out of the Sierra Vista complex, which is part of The Irvine Company. For my family, it was our first experience leasing an apartment in California, and in the USA overall. We arrived from Ukraine in 2022, leaving everything there, our home, our life. As you know, it's very hard to rent decent housing without having a good rental history in the USA. But we were lucky - The Irvine Company approved our lease, but with a double security deposit. The lease term was 15 months. By the end of the lease, we were very stressed because there are many extremely negative reviews on the internet about the process of moving out from The Irvine Company properties and about the huge amounts withheld from the deposit upon moving out. Of course, we took the moving-out process very seriously, we cleaned the apartment very carefully, and fixed all the shortcomings as much as possible. But still, we were under a lot of stress because the amount of the security deposit was very significant for us, and we were really counting on this return. What a pleasant surprise it was when, closer to the end of the lease term, we received excellent informational support, they literally extended a helping hand to make the moving-out process comfortable for us and ensure we did not violate any of the contract terms due to ignorance or inexperience. The outcome of the move-out was that we did not overpay anything, only for standard services - cleaning, carpet cleaning, and a single coat of wall painting. This amount was quite reasonable and very satisfactory for us. I want to express my immense gratitude to the entire team of Sierra Vista complex and especially to the assistant manager Verna Mendoza and Julia Jasaitis. who made the process of our move-out amazingly comfortable. I tell all my friends about the professionalism and clarity of the Sierra Vista team, and I see that my words change people's attitudes, potential renters, towards The Irvine Company for the better. I am grateful to the entire team and remain a devoted fan of your team. THANK YOU!!!!”

“I love living here I've been here for about 8 years now and will continue to live here. Maintenance man Francisco is the best! He is always nice, professional and caring. He's very knowledgeable and helpful too. When I do a maintenance request I get the same day repair service. Which I appreciate very much considering that Francisco is always busy doing multiple projects at a time. Carla is wonderful as well who is the management at the complex. Whenever I have an issue or concern she is always there to help me and get it solved or get it fixed within a timely matter. Both of them are good at maintaining the apartment complex community/appearance and always upgrading. I really enjoy living here.”

“Arlene at Tustin Villas Apts and her small staff have provide wonderful service to-date for me, starting my 3rd year here. The property is well maintained and I like the fact it is a gated property.

Hopefully my unit will be getting the window upgrade, though I realize that usually happens only upon tenant turnover. I plan to stay at least 2 more years. Lastly, my carpet is the older 'shag' variety and would like to have it replaced some time in the near future.

She actually cares for resident’s safety and peace of mind. Overall our moving experience has been very smooth!”

“Living here over a year and I really come to a great liking to these apartments. The neighborhood is respectful and everyone I've met here are nice people over all. The apartments are gated and secure which is important. Management helps out as best as they can. I will add that these apartments may need a bigger laundromat but most of the time I can do my wash comfortably. I really love the foliage around the apartments, it keeps the environment fresh.”

“I just want to say that I really enjoy the leasing ladies Gracie & Soila. We have only been living there since June & the ladies have made my daughter and I feel like home. Everything is very beautiful here . We came from a homeless shelter and it’s nice to feel like home in your apartment. They are helpful and friendly and I and my daughter are happy to have them on the property. My last place was not friendly. Thank you ladies for being great!”

“We Recently moved in and Denise from the leasing office has been wonderful and helped with any concerns we have had , she is responsive and very positive ! the move in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful , maintenance process has been swift and painless . have not had any of the issues the other reviewers mentioned , not sure if there was a change in management or just angry people venting out on the internet , my experience so far has been great ! highly recommend . reasonable pricing too .”
