“I had the misfortune of scraping my side bumper which left multiple white streaks and a very small dent. I went to an auto body shop for an estimate and was told it would cost $3,200 to repair. I have had wonderful experiences in the past with O'Reilly Auto Parts on Culver in Irvine so I decided to check there to see if there was another option. While I did not like the dent I created along with the scrape marks, I mainly wanted to see if there was a way to remove most of the streaks of white paint.
I met 2 angels. Manny came over to help me. I showed him the scrapes and he stated he thought I could rub it out but wanted to check with someone who specializes in detailing to be certain. Luis came over and made the same statement. They selected the rubbing compound and applicator for me with the total coming to $15.06 including tax! I wasn't looking for perfection because there was a dent but I could not be happier with the results! All of the white streaks are gone with just a couple of white dots remaining. I am not someone who does anything at all with my car myself but it was so easy and took me about 20 minutes if that.
If you are looking for an Auto Parts store you can trust and that truly wants to help their customers, I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. A special thank you to William, who went above and beyond in replacing my car battery. He was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also patient and kind—taking the time to ensure everything was done properly and safely. It’s clear he takes pride in his work.

“Stopped by here on 8/24/2024. This place no longer exists, its empty and locked up. But they do have a sign that says you have to go a couple doors down to Watch Tech, located between Sports Clips barbershop and Baskin Robbins. They close at 6p during the week and 5p on Sat. Not open Sun. Had to rate it to put this info up, wish it was already updated, so I wouldn't have wasted my time ?”
“Great work, great pricing, and fast work. I had my car towed in and less than 24 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

“Brought my car over because it was sputtering when I started it and the engine light came on. They performed an engine scan but could tell right away that a rodent chewed through several wires. Referred me to an electrician in Santa Ana (I’ll be leaving a positive review there as well!) and provided a copper wire & instructions on how to splice the missing wire. They also separated wires causing the sputtering so my car was drivable again - all free of charge.

“Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.”
“Having a older vehicle means you are going to have to do some maintenance, sooner or later something will break, burn out, or fail. I work on own vehicles and I've had very good experience with this particular parts store. They always get it right for me and I have not had to take back anything bc was wrong part, can't say that about their competitors. Best to check their website, add your car vin number and find your exact part first before you go. The battle is won in research....”

“A big shout out to Oscar for going the extra mile on helping me find the parts for this 1969 chevrolet C10 pickup. This truck had been in mexico for a while so the history is coming by surprise. It has parts from a 71 C10 , 95 C1500 and let's see what else pops out. Finding the parts hasn't been a walk in the park but instead a walk in the desert. Oscar has put his knowledge to work and I am grateful for finding what I've needed. This truck is a neighbors repair job so I'm just the parts guy . I enjoy a store thats clean and with team players. They have also helped out with this Frankenstein truck . Great service and a great team , thank you.”
“I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts cause I needed the engine light check service which they offer to run it for free. Kiki was friendly and helpful, great customer service. Kiki run it right away without any problems. I had to go back to the store for another reason and this time I was helped by Jay. Just as Kiki, Jay was wonderful and helped me without any problems too. Both times I left the store knowing what was wrong with my car and received great customer service. “I'm writing this review about my recent experience at my neighborhood O'Reilly's off Edinger in Santa Ana. My dad came in looking for parts for his work truck and was abruptly greeted by an employee named Hamid. He was the worst person we have encountered at O'Reilly's. He kept interrupting my dad and was very unfriendly, almost as if he were talking down to him. When my dad asked to price match hamid declined to do so it wasnt untill another worker there Enrique overhead and said yes they offer price match like it says in the store and we see and hear about in the television.My dad doesn't want to return because of the lack of customer service and disrespect he witnessed from this employee named Hamid.
We thank Enrique for being very professional and kind, and taking the time to explain our options for price matching. Huge thanks to Enrique for saving the experience.”
