“In 2013 I was in LA on holiday and decided to buy a watch that I'd always wanted. I shopped around and found that PJ had one for sale. I called him up and haggled a bit on the phone and he invited me down.
I came and looked at the watch and haggled some more. I got what I thought was a very good price on the used watch. PJ told me that he backed his watches and that I'd have no problems.
Later, at home, I got out a loupe and found a tiny crack. I called PJ and he emailed me a FEDEX label. I sent the watch back to him, he had it serviced and the watch shop (I think the one in the Galleria) mailed the watch back to me with a new sapphire crystal and the old one in the packaging of the new OEM crystal.
I still have that watch and I wear it on special occasions - I always think back to how honorable PJ was in this transaction - I'd have no hesitation to buy from him again.”

“I went in with my daughter to pick up a few necklaces just before the store closed. I had a great conversation with a young man that worked at Claire’s and his female colleague.
