I went to this Citibank location in Union City Ca and was greeted by Jatinder K at the customer service window, the transaction was beyond what I expected not only did Jatinder help with my currency request (new currency) for gift cards Jatinder also mentioned the current CD rates which changed since February so I set up a appointment for a bank representative to lock me in to a better CD rate which means better returns on my Deposit.
