They are incredible and one of the hardest working teams I have ever known. During the PPP application time, they practically worked through the night. They are extremely accommodating, generous with guidance and always make sure to respond to our requests. It was a great pleasure doing business with them. You know you will be taken care of.”

I Came in to cash my check and the staff accused me of having a fraudulent check, even after the fact that I brought my Manager with to confirm that this check was not fraud. He had an upcoming appointment but made sure he hashed out the details for me and even helped me deposit my cash. Usually, other bankers would send you on your way to do it yourself. It's the little things that make the experience a whole difference! This branch is conveniently located in a plaza that has plenty of things to do to keep you busy in case you came during rush hour. I can see that they are slightly understaffed and need a better system when it comes to break/lunch. It seems like they're floater/relationship banker was on lunch along with their bankers so there wasn't anyone manning the floor for walk-ins. Other than that, no complaints!”

The teller was a young man and he went way over and beyond to help me/teach me how to use it. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
