I Came in to cash my check and the staff accused me of having a fraudulent check, even after the fact that I brought my Manager with to confirm that this check was not fraud. It took a couple of days to receive any type of help until I met Kevin and he was able to resolve this in as matter of minutes. Thank You Kevin, this is why your the boss !!!!!!!!! “Came here to open an account and they sent me to Sukhminder. He was patient and professional. He had an upcoming appointment but made sure he hashed out the details for me and even helped me deposit my cash. Usually, other bankers would send you on your way to do it yourself. It's the little things that make the experience a whole difference! This branch is conveniently located in a plaza that has plenty of things to do to keep you busy in case you came during rush hour. I can see that they are slightly understaffed and need a better system when it comes to break/lunch. It seems like they're floater/relationship banker was on lunch along with their bankers so there wasn't anyone manning the floor for walk-ins. Other than that, no complaints!”

“I came to this location because it was the nearest one to me at the time. I was happy upon entering that they had four cashiers at the counter on a saturday. And I believe they had a fifth who was helping someone for the business side. So I did not spend too much time inside. It was clean, neat and quiet. I was able to take care of things and beyond my way. I'm also happy to see that this location is open until 4:00 p.m. on saturdays.”
