Borrow the Dolley that's outsiden& Bring your box right outside the door, she will tag your box with a sticker then fill out form for payment. Pay about $75 for Bicol/Albay. So far all my boxes have arrived and no issues.”

“I just wanna call out Zach and Isabella from this branch for being amazing! A few months ago, I had an emergency need to get new business cards and flyers printed same day. I was scheduled to fly early in the morning the next day for a business conference, and I only realized all the QR codes on the business cards and flyers did not work the day before my flight. I called and spoke with both Zach and Isabella, who were very informative, helpful, and overall empathic. I really felt they were on my side. When Isabella noticed the file I sent would not print as nicely, she proactively informed me so I can make adjustments before they started printing. When I came in to pick up the items, Zach was there and even spent extra time to have me check if everything was in order to ensure we can course correct before I left the store. He also wished me luck at the conference. Thank you thank you Zach and Isabella for saving me and my job!”
“I came in for a Passport Walk-In. It’s honored between 11-12 Tuesday thru Thursday. I was there by 8:45 am and was the first one in walk in. By 9:30 I was called and taken care of. We were greeted and asked to wait in line. Then when they had no other customers, they started processing the walk-ins and were very efficient. They had very good knowledge about passport services. Overall other customers were also taken care of very nicely and with great customer care.”
