“So clean, bright, and well organized. Customer service was excellent. They have a full stock of amazing finds! Came in to check the shoes and found the ones I had ordered a few days earlier, but they were marked off an extra 70%! At the register, the kind worker, mentioned how I could go about canceling my online order (while it's in route to me I couldn't cancel but once it arrives in store I can call to cancel the order and get a refund). Once it was time to pay to my surprise the heels were an extra $25% off...basically free! Gotta love the Rack!”

“Ooooh this is my favorite store for decor!! The employees were very nice and were ready to assist when we needed help. The store is well lit and organized that you can definitely get lost with the mass amount of selections that have for you. The colors, designs, textures, they have everything! The prices you definitely can't beat especially when they're good quality products.”
“I went in here today with my mother and everything was great amazing environment although we were never greeted we found everything easily and got up to the register there was a lady with an older lady being very demanding about her change back. She had given the cashier change after she had put it into the computer to get exact change. the employee was very nice and understanding amazing service, she started to adjust the ladies change she then went on to check out the older lady she was with and the lady continued to pressure Gabby into "correcting her change". I feel as though this isn't fair to your employees to be told or encouraged to take money after they've already put it into the system seeing as this often results in your drawer over or short when you count it. It is also concerning seeing as though that is stressful employees especially when they're holding a phone three inches away from your phone as you're trying to do your job. Gabby handled the disruption amazingly and deserves some kind of compensation seeing as no employees wanted to help her and she had to then call for help over the intercom afterwards the situation.”

I went for some late night grocery shopping and normally they won't have a lot in stock but this time they did and everything was super fresh!!! I went to self check out however I had to get rung up by an employee off to the side since I had alcohol. He was extremely sweet and even rung up my other groceries (which normally they won't) and had another employee help out to make the process quicker. I forgot his name but he was amazing I can't get over it! I wish I could hire him at my job because the customer service was 100% THERE! (10/13/23 checked out at 9:54 :) )”
