Nathan was INCREDIBLY nice, patient and informative! I kept attacking him with questions and he answered every single one with such care and understanding! LOVED THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Suzie is incredibly caring and always does her best to accommodate my schedule. She takes my dog on walks and sends me pictures and updates, which gives me such peace of mind knowing she’s happy and well cared for.

Only negative thing I have for Lazy Dog is the time for you to actually start eating it doesn't matter if its dine in or take out its always the issue I have the wait time. For pick up order time, its never accurate. So if you're looking to pick up expect an additional thirty to forty five more minutes on top of whatever time you're told your order will be ready.

23630 Valencia Boulevard East, ValenciaThis is a BUSY location. After seeing the sandwiches I know why. They were delicious AND made beautifully. Presentation is important, nobody will ever tell me otherwise. The meatball sub is always a customization for us. Extra extra light sauce and add olives. They nailed it. Also tried the new Smokin' chicken honey melt. Very good. After the first bite I felt it needed a little more of the Chipotle honey sauce (which they provided with no problem) and adding it made the difference. I did customize having it made without the mayo (not a fan of hot mayo). Overall the sandwich, service and cleanliness of the store was excellent. So why only 4 stars? This location does participate in app based offers. When I changed to this location in my app ALL my offers disappeared. I know franchise locations can choose to participate or not. Perhaps this owner chooses to opt out due to the obvious steady customer flow. I respect that, but it rubs me the wrong way nonetheless. This is not my usual location, I don't live anywhere near here, but come frequent enough that it now serves as a great option for lunch.
