Not only that, I am getting a new puppy and had SO many questions about vaccines and their process because we had a HORRIBLE experience with Vetco vaccination clinic with our other dog. Nathan was INCREDIBLY nice, patient and informative! I kept attacking him with questions and he answered every single one with such care and understanding! LOVED THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

From the very beginning, Suzie put my mind completely at ease with her professionalism and how smoothly the entire setup process went. I loved the modern app, which made it so easy to manage background notes and communication, as well as how thoughtfully they handle keys, visits, and every detail in between.
Brooklyn, Vanessa, and Morgan were all absolutely wonderful. Not only did they genuinely love on Rosie, but they also provided detailed updates and photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Knowing she was getting that level of attention allowed us to truly relax on vacation. In fact, even though she’s happy her family is home, she still keeps looking at the door like she’s hoping they’ll come back to visit.
We will definitely be using The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate pet care and complete peace of mind.

I had an amazing experience at “The Stand” in Valencia, CA, and I want to give a huge shoutout to “Elijah and Spencer” for providing absolutely outstanding customer service!
From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to come across customer service that makes you feel truly valued, but Elijah and Spencer went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable with their positive attitudes and excellent hospitality.
The food was great, but the exceptional service is what truly stood out and made this visit memorable. Employees like Elijah and Spencer are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you both for making my experience at The Stand such a great one — your hard work and dedication definitely do not go unnoticed!

I live in New York City now and I’ve traveled all over the world eating ice cream like it’s my side profession and I’m dead serious when I say Golden Spoon is hands down the best soft serve spot ever. So creamy. So clean. So fresh. The workers are always sweet too. Some places sell nostalgia. Golden Spoon actually still delivers.

The Mango Bowl was a refreshing burst of tropical flavors, full of juicy mango, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of natural sweetness. For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Chocolate Chip Cookie, which was perfectly warm and gooey—truly to die for!
One of the best things about this place is that most of the menu items are vegan, which makes it a fantastic option for anyone looking for delicious plant-based meals. The flavors and presentation were outstanding, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. I left feeling happy, satisfied, and excited to come back again soon

Only negative thing I have for Lazy Dog is the time for you to actually start eating it doesn't matter if its dine in or take out its always the issue I have the wait time. For pick up order time, its never accurate. So if you're looking to pick up expect an additional thirty to forty five more minutes on top of whatever time you're told your order will be ready.
