26870 Sierra Hwy, Santa ClaritaThis place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.

Most groomers were either expensive, required appts in the future, or questioned his temperment. I finally called precious Pets & found no appt was necessary & at a very reasonable price. They were quick, my kitty stayed calm & they did a great job! I plan to return regularly & try out some of there other services as well.

33324 Agua Dulce Canyon Rd, Santa ClaritaI really like my Dr., but if I had a tail, I wouldn't be wagging it as I walk in! We have 3 dogs under Sweetwater care. Doctors and technicians are all so sweet and accomodating. I honestly believe they truly love every pet who walks though their door. Im sure it happens, but I've never seen my dogs or others' cats and dogs having anxiety. In contrast to other waiting rooms, theirs is spacious, clean, inviting and comfortable and all the pets relaxed. Even on their first visit, animals are perceptive and they sense the vibe, that they're walking into genuine love and care. Sweetwater helps alot of animals, large and small and they are very knowledgeable. Our dogs love them and they know where they are! They act like they're going to see a friend when we pull in the parking lot! They've had shots and exams, and always remember that there are treats and cuddles from "hi Grizzly" through "bye-bye Grizzly", (or "Angel" or "Bella"). I also truly appreciate the rapport we have, human to human. They welcome questions and dialogue. We never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. And with that said, they're well staffed and timely. We've never been kept waiting over 5 or 10 minutes, tops. I know they get emergencies, so it may happen someday, but we would understand. I don't know how they do it! To all at Sweetwater: Thank you for your kindness and for taking such good care of us humans and our fur babies. Love you guys! Dr. Linger is a fantastic vet and gave compassionate thoughtful and caring counsel for me and my elderly cats. She was there for me and texted me very quickly when I was in dire need of a response. She also was there for me when I had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat. Because of the The Cat Doctor my kitty got a few extra comfortable quality years with me. The front desk staff are all helpful and kind. They focus on cats alone which is also great, and always the quality of life of the kitty comes first with stellar veterinary expertise and advice. It’s also really nice that they have their own hospital care available if you need it! If you have cats in your home and your heart, please seek out the care of The Cat Doctor and Friends.

The staff is amazing - Dr. Bassi, Allie, and Charlie are always so kind and professional. My dog has behavioral issues and Allie is so great with him. Taking my dog to the vet has always been extremely stressful for us since they’re always so hectic and overstimulating. This place is calm and quiet and we’re able to get in and out in a reasonable time.

We started with the Syrniki, the top-rated item on the menu, and it completely exceeded our expectations—it was easily one of the best dishes we've had! We also ordered the Benedict, Power Bowl, organic yogurt, honey latte, smoothie, and fresh orange juice, and every single item was outstanding. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor.
What made our visit even more memorable was our server, Maria. She was genuinely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful experience. They have a food truck on-site and lots of seating, a few indoors and a bunch outdoors with heat lamps and some games to play (corn hole). Definitely kid/family friendly, lots of space to run around or chill, play games and hangout. The beers were also pretty good, we decided to grab a flight to taste. My son decided to buy some merch for himself. A night hoodie jacket, drinking glasses with the logo and Stickers. This is a really spot and I would recommend for sure.
