The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.

Most groomers were either expensive, required appts in the future, or questioned his temperment. I finally called precious Pets & found no appt was necessary & at a very reasonable price. They were quick, my kitty stayed calm & they did a great job! I plan to return regularly & try out some of there other services as well.

A couple of years ago, my sweet Apples was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Ron was kind enough to come to my home to help her cross the rainbow bridge rather than making her go through the stress of coming into the office. Apples would get very scared at the vet, so being able to say goodbye to her peacefully and comfortably at home meant the world to both of us. I will always be grateful to him for that.
More recently, my little Baylee became very sick, and we came terrifyingly close to losing her. Dr. Ron and his team did everything they could to help her, and thankfully, Baylee made it! ❤
What I also really appreciate is that they genuinely care about their patients and their families. They don't try to overcharge you, and they are willing to work with you when you're already dealing with the high cost of veterinary care.
I can't thank Dr. Ron and his amazing team enough for everything they've done for my babies. Their compassion, kindness, and dedication truly make a difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares! ❤🐾

Pinnacle Veterinary Center

They’ve been to a couple of vets over the years, but we have never been treated so kindly as we are at Pinnacle Vet. They are incredibly accommodating with our appointments, allowing me to call when we arrive so they can ready our room and clear the lobby for us. The prices are fair and I never feel as though I’m being upsold on services. The techs are all so friendly and knowledgeable and their love of animals shines through even the smallest interactions. The vets are patient and kind, and I never feel rushed through our appointments.
One of the most impactful things about Pinnacle vet is how much they are willing to work with pet parents. We were able to get both of our girls spayed (plus umbilical hernia repair and gastropexy) on the same day so they wouldn’t have to spend a second apart and could recover fully together. Pinnacle staff were so gracious on that day, keeping me posted every step of the way. My younger girl struggled with waking up from the anesthesia more than her sister, and I got almost real time updates on her condition (which I didn’t even have to request, the techs just understand how stressful and scary pet surgeries and complications can be). On top of all of that, they were the most cost effective option for these surgeries!
I could gush for hours about how much we love Pinnacle Vet. Our girls will never go anywhere else!

33324 Agua Dulce Canyon Rd, Santa ClaritaI really like my Dr., but if I had a tail, I wouldn't be wagging it as I walk in! We have 3 dogs under Sweetwater care. Doctors and technicians are all so sweet and accomodating. I honestly believe they truly love every pet who walks though their door. Im sure it happens, but I've never seen my dogs or others' cats and dogs having anxiety. In contrast to other waiting rooms, theirs is spacious, clean, inviting and comfortable and all the pets relaxed. Even on their first visit, animals are perceptive and they sense the vibe, that they're walking into genuine love and care. Sweetwater helps alot of animals, large and small and they are very knowledgeable. Our dogs love them and they know where they are! They act like they're going to see a friend when we pull in the parking lot! They've had shots and exams, and always remember that there are treats and cuddles from "hi Grizzly" through "bye-bye Grizzly", (or "Angel" or "Bella"). I also truly appreciate the rapport we have, human to human. They welcome questions and dialogue. We never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. And with that said, they're well staffed and timely. We've never been kept waiting over 5 or 10 minutes, tops. I know they get emergencies, so it may happen someday, but we would understand. I don't know how they do it! To all at Sweetwater: Thank you for your kindness and for taking such good care of us humans and our fur babies. Love you guys! Dr. Linger is a fantastic vet and gave compassionate thoughtful and caring counsel for me and my elderly cats. She was there for me and texted me very quickly when I was in dire need of a response. She also was there for me when I had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat. Because of the The Cat Doctor my kitty got a few extra comfortable quality years with me. The front desk staff are all helpful and kind. They focus on cats alone which is also great, and always the quality of life of the kitty comes first with stellar veterinary expertise and advice. It’s also really nice that they have their own hospital care available if you need it! If you have cats in your home and your heart, please seek out the care of The Cat Doctor and Friends.

The staff is amazing - Dr. Bassi, Allie, and Charlie are always so kind and professional. My dog has behavioral issues and Allie is so great with him. Taking my dog to the vet has always been extremely stressful for us since they’re always so hectic and overstimulating. This place is calm and quiet and we’re able to get in and out in a reasonable time.
