Finney's Crafthouse - Stevenson Ranch
25636 The Old Rd, Stevenson RanchTried the Margherita pizza and the avocado egg rolls at Finney's Crafthouse, and both were really good. The pizza had a nice crispy crust with fresh tomatoes, basil, and just the right amount of cheese. The avocado egg rolls were crispy without being greasy, and the dipping sauce was so good that we finished every bite. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere made it a great spot to relax. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Ananto Sushi
25712 The Old Rd, Stevenson RanchIf you live in Stevenson Ranch or anywhere in the SCV and still think you need to drive over the hill for truly high-quality sushi, it’s time to discover Ananto Sushi.
This place is the definition of a hidden gem — although it probably won’t stay hidden for long.
What makes Ananto special isn’t flashy decor or a giant trendy dining room. The restaurant is small, simple, and understated. But honestly, that’s part of the charm. They focus on what actually matters: exceptional fish, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
Chef Tim is the real deal. Every cut of fish tastes carefully selected and expertly prepared, with the kind of precision and quality you normally expect from high-end Ventura Boulevard sushi spots — except here, you don’t have to waste time fighting 405 traffic to get it. The sushi is clean, balanced, fresh, and crafted with obvious skill and care.
What really stands out are the little details that serious sushi lovers notice immediately. Even the wasabi contains real pieces of wasabi instead of the typical bland paste most places serve. It’s touches like that that show Chef Tim truly cares about quality and authenticity in every part of the meal.
But what keeps people coming back over and over is the family atmosphere. Chef Tim and his wife make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. The service is warm, welcoming, and personal in a way that’s becoming rare these days. You’re not just another table — you genuinely feel taken care of.
Another huge plus is the value. Ananto offers dinner specials, combo specials, fresh daily specials, and high-quality fish at prices that feel incredibly reasonable for the quality you’re getting. Whether you’re ordering nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls, or one of their dinner combos, the consistency is always there.
The SCV has plenty of sushi spots, but very few places combine this level of fish quality, consistency, hospitality, and value. That’s why Ananto Sushi has quietly become one of the top sushi restaurants in Santa Clarita Valley for people who truly appreciate good sushi.
Stevenson Ranch residents are lucky to have this place nearby. Once word fully gets out, people are going to realize they no longer need to drive to Sherman Oaks, Studio City, or LA for premium sushi experiences.
Simple interior. Exceptional food. Family service. Consistent quality.
That’s exactly why people keep coming back — and why Ananto Sushi won’t stay hidden much longer.

The Sandwich Spot - Stevenson Ranch
24925 Pico Canyon Rd, Stevenson RanchFavorite lunch stop when I'm driving from LA to SF! So many delicious sandwich choices and a solid kids menu!

Yamato Restaurant
24947 Pico Canyon Rd, Stevenson RanchThe food is great but the experience is the best part. The staff here is incredible. First of all the ambiance: you can watch the fish and turtles outside for as long as you like and if you want to keep watching them, there's a spot in the patio where you can still see them right next to your table! Our server was super sweet and attentive (we were at a table, not the hibachi grill), and when we ordered sushi, the chef handed us...well I don't want to spoil it but it was so funny, we were laughing about it the whole meal. If you're in the area you have to check this place out. Make a reservation if you want to be at the grill because it was packed by the time we finished lunch and for good reason. We've come here for the grill before and it's not really my thing, but it is a crowd pleaser and they do a great job. BUT if you want sushi, the chef is hilarious and the sushi bar/tables are usually open! 10/10 one of my favorite places for special occasions.
