“Service at Erwin Hotel is unmatched: from check-in to check-out and in between. Miguel, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. He was always available and happily ready to answer a question. He helped us with our bikes and anything else we needed. The vallet was friendly and happy to bring the car. The desk reservation was friendly checking us in.
The breakfast each morning was perfectly prepared. It was included in our stay, but was far better than a standard continental breakfast. We always go out for a large morning starter meal. No need here. The yogurt was homemade delish. The service was great.
The room was clean and newly remodeled. The vibe was retro posh. We chose the top floor for the view. We spent mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise and surfers. This room was perfect for us.
The rooftop bar, Kassi, provided a 360 view. We enjoyed the sun setting one evening. The food was delicious. We tried the kabobs, carrots, panini and calamari for lunch. The flavors were amazingly delicious. Each dish was paired with a different yogurt sauce. Oh, the views are worth mentioning again. Service was great. Dennis made good recommendations.

“Absolutely LOVED my stay at The Kinney! Rolled in after a nightmare experience at the Marriott, and wow—total upgrade. They hooked us up with the best room in the place, literally bigger than my studio apartment. The decor, the vibe, all those little details—seriously next-level. Big shout-out to the girl who checked us in around 7pm; she made everything so easy and welcoming. I'd come back here anytime, no question. Highly recommend!”

“Grateful with the personnel at this Hotel. I forgot my wallet in reception. They were professional, helpful and went beyond their duty and I received my wallet with everything in it (credit cards, Debit cards and Driver's license) 3 days after scheduling a pickup. Highly recommend this location. Nothing says more about an hotel than the honesty of the staff. Thank you so much guys!!!!”

“This place was an experience. Rooms where clean staff was super cool and your right by beach store’s restaurants etc! The only down fall was there was no ac or tv! Also if ur a girl make sure to bring a blow dryer! It’s really busy so it’s not super Quiet witch we did not mind at all! Also this place is definitely not for children to stay at lol! Overall it wasn’t to bad! We enjoyed our stay!”
