“Don't try to rent here last minute. They won't accommodate last minute customers. I needed a car for a week and he said he could not rent for people that had been there earlier when they didnt have cars, and he was not going to rent one they have now for me with no reservation. I didnt know ahead of time that I would have a family emergency and need a car. Thanks for making a difficult moment even worse.. I guess it might be a good place as long as you don't have any last minute requests. I am attaching a photo of the parking lot which clearly shows how many vehicles they currently have here.”

“I’ve rented from Hertz Ventura location for many years. I’m so glad that they’re here. For awhile they had a suboptimal local being ousted by Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Good thing is they’re now in their new digs. They’re a stellar hard working crew. Thank you Omatseyin for your stellar customer service. I had the best experience ever. You went over the top to ensure I was taken care of. I had fun in the Tesla 3. It was my first electric car experience. I love that you and your staff have a room with a view; it’s great for us customers too.”

“While I did have a hiccup with the car I rented not being there when I arrived, and the eventual fix not being perfect, I am 100 percent satisfied with the experience solely based on the remarkably awesome and professional staff at the Ventura and Santa Barbara office. These folks are top notch friendly, problem solvers. When things don’t go exactly as planned, it’s a huge save when the staff is professional and genuinely want to help. I will absolutely rent from them again.”
