2325 E 55th St, VernonLove this winery. I joined many years ago in Paso Robles and was so happy when the Vernon site opened up (it's only 1.5 hrs from our home vice 3). I have been going there for all my pickups. You can't find a nicer multi-tasker than Mark. He really makes the place special. I always feel spoiled when I go there and get a yummy sandwich, great bag of chips and the wine tasting. His team is exactly like him. All way around wonderful people....and you can't beat the wine! It's great. I'm so happy business is picking up there and they are now having their own on-site pickup parties!

When I say that LA has better Mexican Food than Mexico, this is one of the places I think of.
Their asada is some of the best in the area.
Their salsas are excellent.
The best horchata is top tier.
I get 2-4 tacos and a mulita de asada w beans and an horchata. Hits the spot EVERYTIME!

2520 S Alameda St, VernonThis place is so cute! They are in a plaza and have ample parking so no issues with parking which is always a plus! The server was kind and was patient while I figured out what o wanted. I ended up grabbing a chocolate chip cookie, ordered an iced vanilla latte and an iced blueberry matcha. The iced vanilla coffee was good, and just the right amount of syrup! The blueberry matcha was also delicious! I thought it would have blueberry puree like but I think a syrup is used, regardless it was good and not too sweet. They have a variety of food for breakfast/lunch and the donuts/ baked goods looked so good! I went for a quick coffee run but I will definitely go back to try the food. Once I do I will update my review. The pricing is okay, a bit high but I feel like now and days going out to get a matcha means spending $7.00+. I put photos of the drink but forgot to take a photo of the cookie!
