“We have visited multiple times over the course of 7 months, ever since I moved here. Extremely clean place for the kitties to roam around. They have designed a great system to create the best experience, from buying tickets to checking in to hanging out with the kitties. For $10/hour of cuddling and petting the cats, you're in for a great time!”

“Really wonderful as always! It's basically a gravel lot with utilities, but it's the lodge and people that make it so special! Glenda and Esther share the hosting in the RV Park. You'll probably talk to one of them. You'll also probably see Esther's husband, Vincent, around. They're all great people and they work hard to keep the park running smoothly. There is a small dog park, the Swim Step Bar where you may find some live music or a celebration of some kind (the 4th of July party was great fun!) Laundry room, the lounge, indoor and outdoor seating... it's a really great lodge! If you're in need of a friend, stop into the Vista Elks lodge and you're sure to find one. Or more!”

“My wife and I got married June 22nd 2023. We had our reception at the Vista Optimist Club. My experience was amazing. Shannon was so helpful and professional. The venue itself was immaculate. From the garden and gazebo to the grass lawn and outdoor lighting. We had the option to have an inside outside wedding but outside waa too beautiful to have it inside. The lay out is easy for your guests to get to and from there car. Having the parking lot close by made it easy for all my guests to arrive and leave without a problem. It's easy to find right off the freeway. I highly recommend this venue and the Venue Manager Shannon. Shannon thank you so much for everything. My wife and I had the greatest night of our lives.”

“Good inexpensive food and cheap drinks. Open to the public. Check their website for the food variety. Special shout out goes to the Sunday morning breakfast and the steaks on Friday.”

“Had a lot of fun at the Viking Festival. It’s worth going once to watch the people and try some different cuisine. Make sure you watch the mock sword fights, throw an ax, and shoot arrows at the targets as well.”

“If local to national organizations dealing with homelessness adopted the values and approach developed by Solutions for Change, there would be significant progress in solving this rapidly escalating problem. Amazingly it is done with the support of local community people and organizations, and without government funding. Solutions alone can't solve every problem related to the complex issue of homelessness but is a very solid foundation.”
