“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

Alyssa had my problem fixed in no time and we sure appreciated that. T-Mobile in Upland has the latest cell phone communications available. There’s plenty of parking with the handicapped stalls at the front entrance.”
“Tried Verizon home internet to get the military discount which I applied for through ID me and then after my third month Verizon tells me I can only get the military discount if I have a Verizon phone line. Such false advertising by a big company. Disgusting! So I wouldn't miss any recording time. I went to the T-Mobile store to get my new 5G home internet router for T-Mobile home internet, so I didn't want to take it a chance on shipping because my Verizon expires on November 3rd. Brought the unit home. Got it set up and now I'm back on T-Mobile 5G home internet! Take that Verizon. You think you're going to keep me as a customer after you misrepresent the discount?! Besides T-Mobile is faster & more reliable!”

It's easily missed, because it sits facing the side of Home Depots Garden Center (closest to the entrance off Gladstone). The agents were knowledgeable and patient. Elijah checked in with us and even made some valid points about the new iPhone that is coming out and said I will be with you when Im done and his other appointment went long but he still made it a point to let us know he didnt forget about us.
