“My fiancé and I have been living at the Guild for 6 months now and we can both say that as our first place together, the Guild and its staff have been great. Within the past 6 months, we have come upon two problems in our apartment in which Bahar and the Guild team were so quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Also, Fina who is the buildings cleaning staff is such a delight to have around. If you see her around she is always so happy and singing. She always makes sure to greet you with a smile and is easy to talk with. Fina, is part of the reason why the apartment is always looking nice and smelling great.

Absolutely thrilled with both the maintenance team at Avalon Glendale! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Their communication is always clear, and they keep us updated every step of the way. A standout moment was on Memorial Day when we experienced a water issue. Despite it being a holiday, a team member arrived within just one hour of us submitting a ticket. Their prompt response and dedication to resolving the problem made us feel truly valued as residents.

Additionally, the landscaping team does an amazing job of keeping the premises looking beautiful. The grounds are always well-kept, with lush greenery and immaculate flower beds that create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining the appearance of the community, and their hard work makes coming home every day a pleasure.

We couldn’t be more appreciative of the dedication and effort they all put in to make Avalon Glendale a great place to live.”

“I just spent 3.5 years of my life in LA living at the Roosevelt in DTLA. All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. Both such great people that I feel need more credit. The flowers that Gina adds to the lobby, such a great touch.Amin, Ade, Janet, Michael, all great people that ensure the safety of the residents by maintaining the front of the house. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the management team has been extremely communicative and responsive any time I’ve needed to speak with them or brought an issue to their attention. Regarding maintenance issues, Sergio is doing SUCH a stellar job. He is quick and efficient and such a nice guy too. I run into him occasionally and he always says hello and asks if I need anything. “I do not live here, but I took a tour and had an excellent experience with Zach B. who answered all of my questions, sent detailed instructions for a self-tour (of a very clean and lovely unit), and explained everything I would need to know about Hampshire Place. There was a nice common area with grills and a pool (again, very clean and well-kept) and the elevators were in great working order. People were friendly who I spoke to and asked about the building, and it seems like a nice place to live.”

“This review is only for the viewing, as I don’t live here… yet ;).Erin called me on a Saturday, replying to an inquiry I sent online, and I just so happened to be in the area doing errands and she accommodated my schedule right away. She gave a lovely tour of the grounds and showed me some units I wasn’t even really considering, but instantly loved! She was working off of my boyfriend and my reaction to the units I was originally interested in and really hit the nail with the others. Erin explained everything very thoroughly and even took the time to email me right away when I asked for some info. Very responsive, effective management from Erin!!!Travis helped me with some administrative and logistical tasks of filling out my paper application. He was very quick and very helpful when answering my questions.Even the cleaning staff was so friendly while I was waiting in the lobby.I feel like Erin and Travis really worked well together and it elevated my experience as a future resident. “12431 Rochester Avenue, known as LA Archer has been for two years, an extremely satisfying experience, surpassing my most challenging expectations. The interior design allows for the natural light - particularly sunsets - to be a strong protagonist of an amazing atmosphere, the distribution and spaces is practical and balanced, furnishing is top level, many functions controlled by your smartphone, never had to wait for the elevator, a social roof top with a great view and amenities, a very practical Amazon hub, spacious parking and definitely, a great location in Santa Monica, close to everything you might need.The best of it though, is a very efficient administrative team, from services to repairs, lead by Haley Landswell, who is extremely professional, warm, always smiling - even by email - and emphatic to resolve and fix any kind of issues presented.Check it out and don't hesitate, but ask for Haley!”

Animals are allowed, which is nice, but they need a better designated area for pets to do the doo.Cool area with pool table, shuffle board, gym, free bikes, kayaks & paddle boards to tenants and guests. Great amenities for local activities.They need better security surrounding the property, there have been muggings nearby.”

“I definitely recommend this place! The entrance was recently remodeled and it looks fantastic, maintenance service is fast, and the place is clean. The location is within walking distance close to grocery stores, bars, and multiple shopping centers. Also the downstairs staff is always friendly, ESPECIALLY Jhonny - who helped me get settled in, promptly follows up on questions, and ensured that I had everything I needed to be comfortable living here. “Living at Sunset Vine Tower has truly been a fantastic experience! It's located at the iconic corner of Sunset Blvd and Vine St in the heart of central Hollywood, perfect for someone who loves the Hollywood vibe and a premium lifestyle. There’s always something fun and interesting happening around here.

The building's standout feature has to be the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. They let in a great amount of natural light that makes your home feel open, bright, and airy. The panoramic views are amazing, featuring natural sunrises and the city lights at night, with vistas of the Hollywood Hills and sign, downtown, west side, ocean horizon, and more, depending on your unit location. The very high ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. The units are modern and loft-style, but features like wood floors and the fixtures still make it feel warm, like a home.

Practical amenities here really make things easier. The 24-hour staffed front desk service means I don’t have to worry about package deliveries, which they receive and hold for me. The secured underground parking is a huge plus, especially in this busy area. The building is currently installing a lot more electric vehicle chargers in the garage for those who have or want an EV. The in-unit washer and dryer are a big time-saver; you can also send out and receive laundry at the desk to a nearby dry cleaners and wash and fold.

There is a very nice pool area with a good amount of sun for lounging, relaxing, and socializing. The pool area also has an outdoor barbecue grill perfect for gatherings, or you can simply go down the elevator and grill your dinner. There’s a conference room for business meetings. The building has a gym for a quick to get to workout, but many residents also belong to one of several top gyms and fitness studios that are located just one to a few blocks away (Equinox and 24 Hour Fitness are each just one block away; LA Fitness and Golds not much farther).

For those with active, fun-seeking lifestyles, including me, the location couldn’t be better. There's everything from top-tier restaurants like Mother Wolf and Gwen to lively and view-abundant rooftop bars like Grandmaster Recorders and Mamma Shelter, not to mention numerous coffee shops, nightclubs, and lounges, all within walking distance. The Palladium, Pantages, and Avalon are only a few blocks away, along with private clubs like Neuehouse and The Aster. Trader Joe’s is just a block away, making grocery runs, and "I forgot something" situations, quick and easy. On Sundays, I enjoy strolling through the Hollywood Farmers Market. Griffith Park is just a ten-minute drive if you’re into hiking. Also, with the Arclight Cinemas and the Cinerama Dome, located literally next door and planning to reopen in 2025, movie nights here are about to go to a whole new level!

Recently, a new management duo has arrived on-site, bringing great fresh energy to the building. They’ve been introducing a series of improvements that have been very welcome. They are approachable and genuinely invested in the residents' experience and lifestyle, as well as the quality of the building’s function and appearance. Similarly, the building engineer and maintenance team are very quick to respond if something needs fixing, and it’s clear they really care about keeping the place looking good and keeping things functioning well. The new management team just threw an outdoor pool party for residents with food and drinks, which was a fun way to meet new building neighbors, reconnect with other residents, and kick off the pool season. I’m looking forward to more of these SVT events in the future.
