“Though the jeans are kind of the coolest and on point that you can find, continuing a legacy of what Levi's does best, what I instead wanted to review is the customer service. Customer service is a lost art, especially in the age of online shopping. Natalie, was really great to deal with. She solved an issue, by doing justice to the store's policy, but also being fair to the customer. She problem solved and was kind and professional in doing so and went a step further to make it work for everyone. (Do note that the exchange/return policy here is pretty stringent and make sure you work within those when eyeing a beautiful pair of jeans. ) Natalie's knowledge of her products is above and beyond. I was helping a friend who is in her 80s and very stylish & elegant, to find a pair of jeans that would fit her well, & serve as a classic chic go to pair. The information and sizing, and description I gave , was matched perfectly with a new style that Natalie said was her current favorite at the store, and my friend now has a perfect easy to grab modern pair of jeans to rely on now.”
“I drove over to Melrose, quite the schlep from the Marina, but I needed to see for myself how cute the clothes are at madhappy! I was helped by Eric who was so knowledgable and friendly, and made me feel welcome immediately. Sweatshirts are very heavy cotton, more like jackets, but will definitely keep you warm on these cold LA nights! Tee shirts are so soft and the hats and shoes are very cool too. I love the clean layout of the store because everything is easy to find. The price points are good for the quality that you are getting. A big bonus-Pantry Coffee is right outside the store! I want to add to this review that Pantry Coffee has the nicest employees! I loved my latte and the Ham and Cheese Croissant from Bianca. Another plus-they serve Courage Bagels!!! True perfection-Eating + Shopping=Dynamic Duo!”

Not because of the poorly designed interior the size of a 4 car garage, but because the dresses are very overpriced considering they’re made with fast fashion materials, and the patterns aren’t that cute. Why are y’all trippin so hard over this brand?But otherwise, the staff was helpful to my partner and a bit dismissive of me because I was the only guy in a dress store.”
