“This is one of the very best branches . I go out of my way to come here . My office is in Brentwood, we live in marina Del Rey and I come to Manhattan beach because of the exceptional service. I came in today and was greeted by not one person , but two beautiful young ladies at the front entrance. Today my teller was Gloria . I asked if Alex was available but he was assisting another customer . I told her he spoiled us with outstanding service the last 2 times we were here . Gloria said she would be more than happy to help us . She was amazing . She was very warm and friendly and very patient with us . She recommended a special program that would offer me a much higher interest rate. I was very impressed. Gloria was simply amazing . The management is doing a great job in providing outstanding service to all of their clients. We got a chance to say hello to Alex who is awesome ! And don't forget , they have the best gourmet coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you Gloria for a great experience today ... and a special thank you to Danny who helped my daughter!”

“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”

Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”
