They go out of their way to make sure it is a pleasant experience from the welcome over the phone, telling the cost up front, getting you into the appointment on time, and finishing the work on time. I did appreciate the ride after drop off and to get me back there. Cost and Time as promised. FYI about 25% cheaper than the dealership and supporting local and small town business is always better. “I was searching for parts for my 2017 Dodge Ram on Facebook marketplace when I ran into Sacramento Auto Parts Inc. I sent a message to them to see if they had a tailgate, rear bumper, rear hitch and rear mufflers. David responded back in a timely manner, not only did he have the parts he sent me pictures so I can verify that they were correct. I then sent him my cell phone number and he sent me a message. I responded that I wanted to purchase everything and he gave me a great deal. He had the parts delivered to my job and everything was used but A quality, I accepted everything. I paid his driver and they were on their way back to Sacramento. Would definitely reach out to David and his team if I ever need anymore used parts. Thanks again David and team.”

“Had gotten a flat tire on a Sunday. There was no other car tire shops that were open. I went to this tire shop and they gave me the best still in town. Any other time that I've went in gotten tires from a different shop. They've charged me over a $70 for a used tire. They only charge me $50.”

“I recently purchases a new vehicle from out of state and Jim showed me how to determine if the onboard computer is ready to smog no charge. Other vendors will charge you each time they plug into the vehicle and see if it is ready to smog. He is reasonably priced, fast, honest and a good guy. I highly recommend!”
