They go out of their way to make sure it is a pleasant experience from the welcome over the phone, telling the cost up front, getting you into the appointment on time, and finishing the work on time. I did appreciate the ride after drop off and to get me back there. Cost and Time as promised. FYI about 25% cheaper than the dealership and supporting local and small town business is always better. “Family Farm has done business there for 40 years. Always take care of everything, great service. Recently went to Les Schuab due to convenience, couldn't align my truck. Said I needed new parts and loose. Few days earlier replaced and installed all new front suspension myself. Radial said everything was good and did the job. Never go anyplace else again.”

They could just charge me what I agreed to pay but instead they let me know and saved me $150 on my last repair. Their name has real meaning not just a slogan.”
“I was searching for parts for my 2017 Dodge Ram on Facebook marketplace when I ran into Sacramento Auto Parts Inc. I sent a message to them to see if they had a tailgate, rear bumper, rear hitch and rear mufflers. David responded back in a timely manner, not only did he have the parts he sent me pictures so I can verify that they were correct. I then sent him my cell phone number and he sent me a message. I responded that I wanted to purchase everything and he gave me a great deal. He had the parts delivered to my job and everything was used but A quality, I accepted everything. I paid his driver and they were on their way back to Sacramento. Would definitely reach out to David and his team if I ever need anymore used parts. Thanks again David and team.”

“This business is awesome. They are very personable, prompt, and honest. Dropped off my cluster for a 94 Toyota and they explained their process and what components could cause the issue. Within 24 hours I get a call that there is nothing wrong with my cluster and I can come pick it up. They advised me its more than likely a wiring or sensor issue. Its good to know there are still honest and reputable companies out there and they are exactly why you need to support your local small business.”

Other vendors will charge you each time they plug into the vehicle and see if it is ready to smog. He is reasonably priced, fast, honest and a good guy. I highly recommend!”
