“After Avis’ incompetence screwed everything up, I was desperate to get a rental immediately. We had been planning this day trip to legoland in the bay area for months, but I didn’t want to take my car out there. (She’s been through a lot, and I feared something happening so far away.) So, beyond last minute, I called Flash car rental and they came through. I mean, they were ready for me, they were beyond nice, let me leave my car there, which made things so much easier, and had us out of there and on our way so quickly, we still got the full day at legoland. Truly, without them, I would have had two devastated boys, and I would have felt like a failure. Instead, we had an amazing, stress free trip, and they didn’t even get annoyed when we overslept the next morning and returned the car late. I’ll be using them again, without a doubt, and I hope they know how much I appreciate them saving the day last week!”
