“Amazing customer service, I was helped by I think her name was Leah or Tia but she was fantastic, I returned two pairs of shoes that were a little too tight for me (I had never bought sketchers before but after a long day they were just a little too tight) she helped me get credit for two pair plus I bought an extra pair I was so happy with their business practices at the comfort of their shoes. “My wife had a field day here thanks to Dan A!!! Thank you so much bc she bought the whole store out! Well almost! Can I tell you we had driven a hundred times past this store??? Bc my wife retired from working at the Med Center & basically can only wear good supportive shoes due to her plantar fasciitis, neuromas, flat feet, high arches & osteoarthritis in her knee. Yup! Ever since the Walking Store closed their doors she needed to find a local shoe store where she can try on shoes IN PERSON!!! They have been closed for over 4 years though they are online only. Online sucks for her. She needs to try on shoes in person. She prefers to buy shoes close by to home. Unfortunately Nordstrom's closed their doors at Arden. We could probably go to the Rack. Nawww not the same service. Dan basically gave my wife personal service! She got spoiled here! Dan even brought out shoes from the back not shown out on display in the shoe store. There were a few styles she never heard before and needed to try them on in the store. They even sell Hokas & Aetrex here! She was so HAPPY & totally in SHOE HEAVEN! Woohoo! Thank you Dan for taking care of my wife bc we will absolutely be back! My wife is so happy. She bought 5 pairs of shoes & a pair of Aetrex orthotics! Thanks DAN A!!! It was my wife's first time in this store & it will NOT be her last! She almost went again today! Heehee. Oh btw shoes here are not a dime a piece. You must be ready to spend a fortune. But excellent quality does come at a PRICE. Dan told my wife the busiest day in the store is Monday. Bc people from the industry shop here more so than the weekends. She just so happened to appear the following day...”

“I just bought (4) pair Carhartt work pants. I'm posting a picture of the Carhartt tag describing the pants. They're basically $70.00 a pair. With tax it came out to $304.00 and change. I wear 34 X 30 and I tried them on at the store. Perfect fit. I paid for my pants and went home. It was actually my wife who asked me if they were gonna shrink after being washed. If so, she said....they weren't gonna fit anymore. Would've been $304.00 down the drain. I'm giving a 5-Star review because this place has great work boots and work clothes. But, these guys should know that the people who shop here are Blue Collar. We work hard for the money we come in here to spend. I did some research and found out that these pants will shrink 1 - 1.5 sizes. So I went back and exchanged them for 36 x 30. I then washed and dried them. Sure enough....they shrank 1 size and will likely shrink another 1/2 size with additional washes. If I hadn't exchanged them, I would've been *as out $304.00. Not cool. The staff here should let their customers know that the $70.00 pair of pants they just bought will shrink. I will feel really bad for other customers if buy these pants and have to find this out the hard way. I hope this review helps Management, the Staff and future customers.”
