“Cory L, which was a new hired employee seem to know more other than GREG. When I was asked, do you need help, sir by another individual who has been there for years he only showed me what I guess he wanted me to see. But however, he did not listen to me. Cory L. Came over and said sir is there anything I can help you with. After explaining to him what I needed, he did not only go through the complete process of how a customer should be treated. I don’t know him personally, but I do know the type of character as well as the moral fiber he is made of. He also helped me purchase as well as pushing the shopping cart to the checkout. And proceeded to go far and beyond any requirements of an employee. Also thanks to GREG, which has been there for years noticed it. However, if you have employees there for 2 or 3 years and they treat other customers like they treated me. What kind of review would you expect me to leave? COREY, L. Should be in a management supervisor or supervisor position. “The Dunn Edwards paint and paint color consulting service was helpful in making our final selections for what to put onto our house. We were able to tell our painting contractor what exact colors to get. That was a much better approach than choosing a house color from postage stamp sized samples from a big box store. Hopefully, we won't need to do any more painting for many years, but when we do, we will use Dunn Edwards again.”
“We experienced a recent loss of power to 3 outlets at our home. I phoned Agoura Electric the next morning and the call was answered by Jim, the owner. He said he was in the neighborhood and could come by. I texted my address to him and he was at my door in about 20 minutes. He also had the problem assessed and repaired in about another 20 minutes. His fee for his services was extremely reasonable. During his visit he was always polite and friendly and we had a great conversation about previous services he had performed for us and things we had in common. Easily a 5 star rating. I highly recommend him.”
“Story time: First of all, wonderful friendly staff.
Today was not how I planned to spend my Saturday. Sometimes you take that corner a little faster than you thought and when you arrive to dispose of 20 gallons of paint, one of those gallons decides to go for a trip of its own. And a fall. And end up all over the rear end of your vehicle.
This didn’t seem to pose an issue to them, they promptly jumped to helping me with the mess, allowing me to take my time cleaning up.
Can’t thank them enough and would recommend their service to anyone.”

And I walked in there just by driving by and being my last resource. “I stopped by this Lowes in the morning to pick up my online order. I found parking easily here because it's in a big plaza and there wasn't a lot of customers here yet. They have some bbq grill in the front along with some flowers. When you walk in, you'll see a little gazebo which looks nice. I took a quick look at their cleaning supplies here because I was interested in some stainless steel cleaning supplies. The prices are higher compared to other stores so I don't know if they'll price match. The online pickup is next to the entrance behind the customer service area. I checked in through the mobile app so they already had my product ready. The customer service I experienced here today was great.”
“I went to ferguson to get a repair kit for my water heater and Christian helped me, went out of his way to find the parts and when I was ready to pay he checked for warranty and replace the items for free. The whole staff goes out of their way to help you all of the time”
“Dunn Edwards has by far the best quality paint we've used, so we continue to return. I was ecstatic when the Agoura Hills Store opened because I don't have to drive far if I need additional paint. One thing to keep in mind though, when you purchase boxed plastic sheeting from this store-- make sure the box wasn't re-sealed, or open the box before leaving I was unlucky to pick up a sealed box with a used roll (probably a return that the store didn't check). Fortunately whatever remained on the roll was sufficient, but it's not a good feeling to open a box and discover that someone else already tore off what they needed.”
