This was good Milk Tea here. i love it with all the topping you can choose. Staff every friendly was super helpfull. they also selling snack from VietNam and some other food and snack. Parking lot was plenty and easy to find.

We stop by here from time to time, pretty interesting Vietnamese snacks and desserts here. We got the boba with a ton of unique toppings. Super yummy
