“My S21 Ultra got wet last week (6/5/24) I took in my very old S8 Plus, 'Hugo' was very professional and knowledgeable, helped me get my old phone running until my newer phone dried out. Shout out to Hugo for his help and generosity with his time! I recommend this store to anyone needing a brand new cell phone or if you have a small issue with your current phone or service. Don't wet your Samsung devices guys unless you have a waterproof case!!! ?? The S21 dried out but it took a week and it wasn't damaged but it this could have been catastrophic and it was only 14 seconds underwater. ✅ ?”

“One of the best Cricket Wireless stores I’ve been too hands down. I live in Temecula and always drive out to this location. The Manager and employees are ALWAYS very helpful. They are always so amazing with my kids & my parents. They are elderly and they always open the door for them since they are in a wheelchair. “Very organized, clean, and calm!I'm not sure if this location is new or not, but it's super nice and quite large. Everything was fully stocked and there weren't any items placed randomly. They have everything including a Starbucks and Target Optical. I think because the location is secluded that it was sort of empty and quiet. I actually enjoyed that and it made my shopping trip quite peaceful. The workers are really knowledgeable and I was able to return my item in less than a minute! The prices are pretty standard and everything was labeled correctly. Highly recommend if you want a more quiet and relaxing Target to do your browsing in!”
