Johanna has been great on communications and options...a world of difference from my experience with a company in Massachusetts who only talks to me via email and...not very helpful at that. I bought online in the past because I thought I was getting a deal: I really wasn't: they had inferior t-shirts that my guys didn't like and the embroidery puckered the material. Johanna had way better options.I'm glad I decided to "buy local."”

They did a fantastic job on our Petaluma Wetlands Field Guide, I'm sure they were a vital part of the Guide becoming a local best seller in Sonoma County. They did a bunch of extra work on the colored tabs, which needed to be re-done because of some software problems between Adobe Acrobat and their publishing software. Great job on the bleeds, especially on the cover page photo. Wonderful sharp images via their 2400 dpi printing. The very last step for any hard copy publication is the printing service. AD-Vantage Marketing made our little book shine like a jewel. The staff of this company really went the extra mile, and everybody that reads our little Guide appreciates their work. “I am very happy with the racing stripes Wraps N Motion installed on my Dodge Challenger. They look amazing and the job was done in one day! When I brought my car in to pick the colour they looked at my car and gave me advice on colour choices and on how to remove the previous film I had put on years ago which deteriorated significantly. I removed the previous stripes and then was ready for the new ones! The film colour I picked out for the stripes had to be ordered as they didn't have it in stock, so after paying a deposit, the film was ordered and it arrived in a couple days. The whole process was very smooth and easy and the final result is outstanding! My car looks so much better now, thank you Wraps N motion!”

“First time customer at this location, but all I can say is- Anthony. The narrative screaming young people don't want to work let alone work hard haven't met young workers like Anthony. This dude is ?! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable top to bottom (I brought in an online purchase to return/ship and needed a shipping label the company had provided me printed, as we don't have one at home.) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He talked me through the process step by step and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly suggest if you need competent, quick help ask for Anthony! The front door is difficult to open with no disabled access button. I'd go elsewhere, given the chance. This is a bad location, even for "normies," due to the parking situation...”

“Nice folks. Had a difficult package to ship. It was a very heavy motor going from here to Vermont. The associate had some trouble figuring out the insurance on it and I couldn't get back so I left it with them and the following day the manager called me back and got it taken care of. The package was delivered on time and my customer is very happy. The only downside to this business is that it's hard to reach them by phone. Sometimes it goes to the main UPS service center and it may take them a while to call back, but understandable with everything being as busy as they are these days. I will definitely use them again and appreciate the service.”

“This place is great- being run by several helpful and friendly people. I needed a mailbox and they let me email the necessary documents to them instead of making me go home and come back with hard copies. Also, there is a welcoming, family-type atmosphere and prompt service. Can you imagine?! A place where they seem glad you are there and they WANT to help you?! It still exists :) I imagine after a few trips in they will probably know me by name, which is something I crave in our fast paced world where real customer service is the exception rather than the rule. This place rocks.”
