I stopped by to talk to Amare in person with my project idea, I wanted a custom brass plaque for a business. Amare collaborated with me, helped me figure out what I really wanted, took my idea and with his artistic experience made it amazing! We started with my overall idea, then I gave him full reign to design it and he sent me a proof by the end of the day. A couple small tweaks and it was ready the next day. Amare is our GO TO for all custom work!”

“JACOB is a beast!!! He is so efficient getting people through the line!! Just days ago I relocated to the area. I needed to ship utility equipment, apartment keys and even get something notarized. Two days in a row I visited this location. The first day I was fifth in line. When Justin came out he just rocked through 3 customers in minutes!! He knows his job very well and doesn’t waste time. With a sudden relocation my time is everything to me and the respect he has for people getting them out quickly I have never seen at a UPS location. Use this UPS location!! Yogita is incredibly patient and has a good source of knowledge regarding any questions you might have related to shipping etc. She is always really friendly as well. Like most shipping places, it can get expensive to ship things but it is pretty comparable to most companies. My go-to spot for returns.”

This dude is ?! He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable top to bottom (I brought in an online purchase to return/ship and needed a shipping label the company had provided me printed, as we don't have one at home.) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He talked me through the process step by step and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly suggest if you need competent, quick help ask for Anthony!
