I had a passport photo taken at the 4th street location. I submitted my passport application and two months waiting for my passport in the mail i received a letter that my passport was on hold because the photo taken at ups store was not taken correctly. Wrong measurments. Be aware when you need a passport photo.

No fingerprinting service, UPS didn't remove the task.They cannot print shipping label from my account. After long thinking, they could have provided me their email address where I can send PDF label. DUH!!
