“The Encino office is one of my favorite. It's located in the plaza where AAA in the valley use to be. This location has a lab for blood work, primary care physicians and imaging. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The building and rooms are very clean. *There is a parking lot in the building (free validation if you eat or order to go at the cafe) *Metered Parking on the streets”
“I was super nervous reading the previous reviews so I'm on a high from how amazing my experience was this morning. 15 mins from electronic registration to walking out after my blood draw. They send texts to let you know what your wait time will be and mine ended up much faster than the estimate. The staff were quick and helpful! I parked in the pay lot in the other building to make it easy on myself but you may be able to circle around and find an empty street spot too.”
“This place is so welcoming. It's inside and office doctor in a medical building . A lot of parking and easy to find.I arrived here for blood work , I had no appointment and the doctor was super helpful and tried to help right away with a smile :) All the stuff are so kind ! Stuff checked me in super quick .Thank you for a beautiful experience. I'll be back and I'm definitely recommend this place . So far the best lab work experience”

“Quick easy access to Covid testing. The are the lab so test results are 24 hours or less. Drive up and the tester comes out to your car to do the test. Very convenient!”
“I got Covid tested there after my daughter test positive. It was the easiest and cleanest places I have been to and I've gone to quite a few places. Also got the results within 24 hours, much quicker than any other place. They sent a text and an email with the results. I highly recommend this place. Not sure their other services but I will certainly find out because I plan on using them as much as possible.”

“I just started using this lab for the Covid testing for my kids' school. They are very well organized. Turnaround time is less than 24h and some weeks even sooner than this time. This test is free as my insurance does cover the fee. Recommend it definitely!”
“OK this place is in the sort of not so nice part of Reseda but they are cheaper and not crowded. The small building is jam packed with supplies and stuff which at first can be off putting but the secretary is nice and so is the Dr. At first I felt uncomfortable but the Dr actually drew blood in such a way that I barely felt it. I also didn't bleed down my arm after which is what normally happens. In fact there wasn't even anything on the cotton under the band aid. I am not squeamish at all but being a bleeder is not fun. I was pleasantly surprised. It's not like it was dirty there just clutter. Other than that I would say it's worth the extra savings on draws you need since most labs charge up the @ss for most tests these days for cash patients.”

“I have always had a good experience at this lab. Although I can be a difficult "stick," he always finds a vein and draw blood painlessly. Pretty sure he uses a butterfly needle on me which helps. Also, I never have to wait and he's done pretty quickly. Once he was on vacation but I had a similar experience with the person filling in for him. This lab has always been friendly and very helpful, even when my doctor wasn't.”
