“We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“This Home Depot on N Tustin Street in Orange has a well-organized store and a really nice garden section. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was easy to find what I needed. I picked up several plants, including some colorful flowering plants and succulents, and they had a good selection at fair prices. “We purchased several items to remodel our bathroom. Ferguson had good prices and were very helpful. Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“I rode my bike there to return a small item. I was riding all over trying to find the bike rack. I couldn't find one. So I had to lock it up on a parking sign. Anyway, I walked and found customer service right away, turned the item, and left. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.

“I had a fantastic experience at BBQ Galore, thanks entirely to Zack. I came in with a lot of questions about the Big Green Egg and wasn't entirely sure if it was the right fit for me. Zack was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know.

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”
