My wife really enjoys hunting thru the cut off box for the different types of wood that are available for a great price by the pound. “This specific site is huge. Bigger than any other harbor freight store I have been too. I noticed they have more stuff than other stores I have frequented and they have much lbigger roomier isles. Love all the stuff they have. Their tools are just as good as anywhere else and so much cheaper. Cannot beat their disposable equipment like grinding wheels for the value. And they cover almost any tools you will need. This is my candy store.”

Ordered item online that said in-stock and 15-minute pickup. Waited 30 minutes and no confirmation. Called the store to find out if the order had been fulfilled yet. Not yet fulfilled and was told I would recieve a confirmation email when it was ready. I didnt recieve a confirmation email, instead, I recieved a cancelation email. Guess the item was not in stock. A phone call back would have been nice. If you can't keep accurate inventory and you can't fulfill online orders in a timely manner, then dont do it.”
“My husband and I were recommended by my hardscape gentleman. I read reviews and searched through their website in advance to give myself an idea. I told my husband several reviews stated lack of customer service. I need to state the facts. We came in with a list of questions and everyone from the young lady at the register to the two gentleman behind the counter were impressionable. Kind, knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed. Needless to say we arrived around 4:35pm. We left with a printed estimate, recommendations and color samples. Not to mention they answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend a friend who is working on her backyard/cement project. Thank you for taking the time in proving great service.”

“This place has everything you need from fabrication to restoration and the most knowledgeable customer service you'll come across in the industry. A lot of the negative reviews I've read on here tell me it's either user error or someone trying to diy their own home. However, if you're looking to diy, these guys can walk you through most obstacles you encounter, just know it isn't going to be easy. But great tools, products and service hands down. I've been coming here for over 10-years now.”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”
“This is a Superstore and is larger and has more variety/stock then typical stores. Online pickup can be a little confusing. If your item is in a locker, those are located just inside the main entrance. If you are doing curbside or larger item not in a locker, that is located on the East side towards the back of the building. Love their plant selection.”
