I am classified as an elite Four seasons guest, so I have gone to many four Seasons around the world but the service here stands out
We are here for a large Dermatology Meeting so the hotel was packed, but the service was still spectacular.
I want to especially mention Colin the manager of food and beverage Who made our stay spectacular and accommodated our many needs as we literally had breakfast lunch and dinner with all with colleagues and other events, often without a reservation. they accommodated us in an exemplary manner that made our stay and meeting a pleasure

“Free washer and dryer to use. Clean. Rooms are amazing full size fridge, dishwasher plates/ knoves/ utensils, a cook top and pans. Additionally, the water pressure is great and the rooms are huge for the price. I had an amazing view of the Rockies. I would 100% stay again and this time bring my family as they do have adjoining rooms”

“My partner and I have been living here for about three months now. We’re extremely happy with the property for many reasons. The location, views and quality of the units are fantastic. The leasing staff was extremely communicative and accommodating to our needs. Shout out to Olivia for the amazing service. We had a very small maintenance issue and within hours the maintenance guy Trevor was here to fix it. The entire time he was extremely professional and friendly. This is a company that does care about its tenants and experience they have. Great team.”

“We loved our stay in this historic Denver hotel. We were able to enjoy the lounge with snacks at night and a plentiful breakfast in the morning. We had a lovely room. The service was top notch. Two different valets (I think their names were Eric and James) gave us great dinner and bar recommendations. We'll definitely come back.”

“Amazing hotel. Recently updated. Free breakfast- which was very good in choices and taste. Free parking and staff were extra friendly. Stayed a week - the bed was comfy!! If back in the area - this will be our first choice!”
“They charge a $50 early check in fee. I arrived at 1:30 and wanted to charge $50 for a check in that’s supposed to be at 2pm. The room was available and ready… never had a hotel just awkwardly make me wait in the lobby for 30 mins.
That said, the manager was super accommodating after I raised my concern and tried to make things right.”

We came here for a vacation, and had Never stayed in the downtown area...man are we glad we did!
Anything from the Employees, Property, Restaurant, the endless amounts of Art to look at...let alone the Million other options you have for being in the Art District are just mind blowing! Amazing Employees that will help in any way they can, very Clean Property which is a Huge Must....Loved it all! Thank you very much

“My husband got me a single night here to enjoy an evening by myself as a gift for Mothers Day (we have a toddler and another on the way). I greatly enjoyed myself and this hotel and now hope this becomes an annual tradition. The rooftop restaurant was lovely - I highly recommend the lobster roll. And I loved my room - the robe and slippers were such a treat, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I especially loved the scents of the shower amenities - made me feel like I was in a spa. My only small critique is the doors slam a bit and the walls can feel a BIT thin at times, but I was lucky enough to have good neighbors. I hope to return in the future and will try the pool next time.”

“BIG, BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF OF MOTEL 6!! From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was warm, friendly and attentive. This is a budget hotel, so I was expecting professional, what I got was so much more! The staff here is what makes this place great! The management and front desk staff made you feel welcomed, the housekeeping staff made you feel cared for. Even when the hotel was experiencing some trouble with a leaky roof, they were calm under pressure. As other reviews have said, the rooms are not soundproof and located near a busy interstate, but I still slept really well. I just wanted to leave a review because the staff really blew me away and I'll definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Denver! Thank you, Motel 6, for a wonderful stay! :)”

“We just needed a place for a night. We have never stayed downtown before but after this stay we will be rethinking. It's very modern and a quick walk to Ball arena and 16th. The only thing is valet is expensive. We parked across the street for half the cost.”

“I am physically handicapped and had a lot of luggage. The entire staff offered to help carry my things whenever they saw me struggling. I couldn't figure out the LYFT APP. The man at the front desk helped me. The valet carried my heaviest bag. I can't say enough about this hotel and the people who work there.”

“It was my first time visiting Denver, and I couldn't have stayed at a better hotel than the Catbird. The staff was super friendly, and the digs themselves were modern and spacious. I loved the large bathroom, the mini kitchen, and the elevated bed. I loved the lobby area - it was a mix of lounge space, there was a puzzle you could contribute to on a nearby coffee table, and there was a coffee/tea station throughout the day. In the morning, the lobby also offered to-go breakfast - burritos, breakfast sandwiches, etc.
I also rented out one of their event spaces for a business event over the course of two days, and it was by the far one of the best experiences I've ever had working with a venue for an event. The WiFi was great, and when it started to get a bit slow (we had a ton of laptops using a fair amount of bandwidth), the staff generously offered to give us their staff WiFi too. The room was fun and modern, and had a big projector. There was conveniently a water bottle station in the room, and the snacks from the onsite catering provided during the event were delicious. When we accidentally overbooked our workshops, the staff accommodated us by providing more chairs.
Next time I visit Denver, I will definitely be staying at Catbird again!”

“The sheets are uncomfortable. The room was fairly clean. Weird things like hair embedded in the shower head. Really not sure I want to know how that happened.The highlight really has been Steward. He's super friendly and kind. I moved 1500 miles and don't know many people. He talks to you like an old friend. He has all the info and is a serious asset to you. He's made all the difference.”
“I can't rate the rooms as I did not stay there but rather attended a conference at the motel. The conference area is great, lots of space and a large number of meeting rooms of varying size. Easy to access from the north side with lots of parking very close. A very nice facility for holding a conference, even a big one. The staff did a super job in everything they did. If you need a place to have a conference or meeting, this is it.”

“Its very clean in the rooms. It smells fresh and clean. No musty. Walking through and checking, it was clean. 10/10 there. The ac is motion censored and will shut off or is programmed to a certain temp. We had it down to 62. It did not feel like 62. Kept shutting off all night. The bed was a medium firm. The area around is very quiet. Not much traffic and we were staying memorial day weekend. Loved the breakfast. Typical holiday inn foods but they were good. We'd stay here again.”

“My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. And oh my goodness what a wonderful experience! The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, clean and smelled wonderful ....and the service was outstanding! REN was the breakfast cook and he was so wonderful to us. Kind and attentive and wanted to make sure that everything was good for us. The food was absolutely delicious!!. Timothy was our waiter and Josie and Jesicca also were our Waiters. All of these young people treated us with such respect and dignity and made our trip so comfortable! This will be our new home away from home when we are visiting Old Town Arvada. I cannot recommend this hotel more! Everything about it was Top Notch!!!”
