“My wife and I came here for a conference. I worked and she played. She raved about the free pool at the spa. I enjoyed excellent food and beverages during my conference experience.Catering service used by the hotel for our vet was absolutely wonderful. In addition, the hotel is surrounded by fantastic choices of restaurants or breakfast and other meals. The rooms were enormous and comfortable. The conference amenities were perfect for our medium-sized group.Everyone we worked with at the hotel was 110% awesome! We travel a lot and this was one of our best hotel experiences ever.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable. We had a view of the mountains.Nearby activities: Lots of lots of dining choices right around the hotel. It's located just inside Denver. So easy access to other cities and attractions as well as being located close enough to walk to most Denver attractions.”

“Natalie at the front desk is incredible. Stayed here this past weekend, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating when I realized I booked the wrong room. She also was incredibly kind to my 15 month old son and made us feel very welcome. We ended up in a Junior Suite, it was perfect. I would definitely stay again. The service and staff were exceptional. The food onsite is very good. And the location was more than ideal.”

“Mohammad the security guy was very unprofessional, he was trying to hit on our ladies while working on the job, what type of security personnel asks girls for there phone number while working, very disappointed with Hyatt Denver!”

“Good food. A bit pricey. A very "busy" atmosphere in a very open public setting. You'll dine along side many. There is parking directly across the street in a tricky little lot. Not an easy in our out, but worth it in my book. I paid $35.00 for approximately 4 hours of parking mid afternoon”

“I love this little hotel! Parking is a little weird, but the location and vibe can't be beat, especially during the winter when all the lights are up around historic Golden! So many places to eat and grab a drink within walking distance of the hotel and it has a great lobby with a big fireplace!Excellent option for weekends in Old Golden!”

“My sister and I booked this Kasa for her 21st birthday as a place to stay close to the Denver bars, and the location was perfect for a short 5 minute Uber ride to Blake Street! The apartment was very clean, spacious and charming. We adored it! Plus the view of the city was gorgeous at night. The price was also unbeatable compared to other locations in Denver. Will definitely be staying here again!Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Close to the city for access to great bars and restaurants, but probably not walkable to downtown.”

“Only a 20 minute drive from Denver, there’s no better place to stay when visiting Golden, CO. Everything this darling town offers is within an easy walking distance. The boutiques, the restaurants and the pubs are amazing. Red Rocks is a short drive away as are the Rocky Mts. with all they have to offer. AND it’s pet friendly! Their Margaritas are out of this world and the food is great. This is always my go-to boutique hotel when I visit the area.Rooms: Good sized, nicely decorated in a SW theme, very clean.Walkability: Everything in this historic town is walkable; breweries, boutiques, restaurants, Coors BreweryFood & drinks: Outstanding appetizers as meals. The service is great and friendly.”

“My stay here was exceptional for the price per night. I was on a solo trip exploring the city. I felt very safe walking to nearby places downtown. The staff was helpful and friendly to my needs and requests. I had an issue with my room but it was fixed within the hour. The coffee and tea in the morning was an added bonus to my stay. Will return to the Kimpton for my next stay in Denver.Walkability: 10-15 minute walk from most activities”

“I had a poor review that I am now updating. After speaking the manager, I am satisfied with the action he took to make me happy . He was kind and understanding and I know dealing with a complaint is no fun. Will add a proper review when I stay next weekend”

“I stayed at the Art Hotel last month (while attending a conference) and I am finally getting around to writing a review. I could not let another day go by without giving this hotel and its staff the praise that they deserve. I tried to remember as many names as possible, but I am missing a few! The hotel and Fire staff were amazing! Their attitudes were positive. They were quick to serve and serve well. They sought to meet all of my requested needs and they did it all with a smile. From following up on housekeeping needs to calling me a lyft to get to my conference to keeping my cup filled at the restaurant (while giving me my favorite booth), this staff was second to none! My favs were Kendra, Nate, Kaia and Janaya. My overall experience of this hotel and restaurant is " You can't compete where you don't compare." (borrowed from Janaya). Loved, loved, loved my time at the hotel and restaurant... I will be back!”

“Purpose & Length of stay: youth hockey games; 4 nightsPositives: Location was awesome. We were 4 min away from the rink and other places like Target and Dave & Busters. Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked. We had fresh scrambled eggs each morning. Hotel was clean and the lobby was nice and roomy. The games in the lobby were a nice addition as well as the ice scrapers (I forgot mine and of course it snowed). Bed was comfy. We had a mini fridge and microwave. I prefer smaller hotels when traveling for tournaments so we're not waiting for the elevators too long. My kid enjoyed the pool and the gym looked nice. We had pleasant interactions with the desk, bar, and cleaning staff.Negatives: The walls were a bit thin but luckily our neighbors were respectful and the noise died down after a certain time. There was some highway noise as this location backs into the highway and there's no wall separating it from the highway. The walls and picture in the bathroom could use a cleaning (shower, toilet, and sink were clean). The door stopper on the wall kept falling off. I agree with previous reviews about the bathroom door. It would be ideal to have a lighter solid door so the light isn't bothering people sleeping. Also, the shower has this metal part right underneath the shower head. Once turned off, it gets a bit noisy with the water dripping, another thing that might interrupt the sleep of others.Overall, we had a nice stay over Thanksgiving here. I would stay here again.”

“I cannot say enough about this place. We came down from the mountains and had to return our Turo a day before our flight. Our family of 5 (kids ranging in ages from 3 months to 11 years) stayed here. The staff was phenomenal. I was greeted by name (I had called ahead) and we were quickly granted early access to our room. So nice and helpful. I wish I had caught their names! Room was beautiful, the kids loved the free ice cream. A complimentary Lyft was called anytime we went somewhere within 2 miles. (Check out MeowWolf and LuckyStrike Bowling!) The train (which kids ride free) was a super easy, super quick ride to the airport for $20. We can’t wait to return. Don’t let the cost deter you. It’s worth every penny!! Take advantage of the amenities. We will return someday!!Nearby activities: Train to airport soooo convenient”

“Just a great overall experience. Never have to wait for the front desk. Nice and friendly staff. Private parking lot & kitchenettes in the room. Plus you can upgrade to a 1 room suite for an apt feel.”

“I loved staying here! I've never stayed at such a unique hotel. I really enjoyed the room layout and functionality of it. I thought the amenities were great and well worth the $30 daily fee. The Rent-a-plant was by far my favorite thing an I wish more places did something like this. It was nice to have some plant pals in the room during my stay. All staff on site were super accommodating and friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer but this just means i'll 100% be back. Added bonus was the short walk to the train for easy access to the airport.”

“The Hilton Garden Inn is defined by its exceptional hosts, immaculate rooms, and incredible ambiance. The check-in process was effortless and efficient.Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find it spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of weights and cardio equipment, making it convenient for workouts at any time of the day.The only aspect that could be improved is the buffet breakfast. The options were quite limited for the price, and they seemed to be running out of items across the board.Overall, my experience at this Hilton property was fantastic. The hosts and staff were exceptional, and everything was just perfect.Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Rooms: New renovation so room was large and well appointed yet unclutteredThings I would change if I lived there:1. Huge solid sliding door to the bathroom but the little pocket door finger grip is an inadequate handle for opening and closing a 100lb door2: The Nespresso coffee maker was nice but it over filled the provided 8oz cups3. Never could connect to the cool retro Marshall radio and I’m pretty savvy with that kinda stuffWalkability: Only a few blocks to any of the Lo-Hi restaurants and bars”

“We often visit this hotel to offer hair and makeup services to guests attending conventions or special events. The hotel rooms have great space and excellent lighting, while the hotel staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A 5-star experience from us!”

“Noteworthy details: Our mirrow in our room was cracked a lil & 1 of the elevators looked like it wants to fall apart. Other than that it was nice, but take note that the breakfast isn’t a continental breakfast: gotta pay for it”

“The internet wasn't great. WiFi was bad, some tv channels didn't work due to signal issues.Room was clean, quiet, bed was very comfy.Eggs were good at breakfast, the rest was typical. They had oatmilk! That was nice.Walkability: I was able to walk to many restaurants, my work, and practical stores like Walgreens.”

“Had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay this past weekend. The staff, especially Nicki and Dennis, were so friendly and helpful. They worked with us and our wacky airline schedule to get us checked in early and let us leave our bags so we could explore the city before our plane left. The room was so nice and clean. The hotel is very centrally located. There's a ton of amazing food places nearby and multiple stores. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!”

“Here’s a gem of advice: before any hotel booking, look at HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm It’s a game changer. Rooms were comfortable, fairly modern and pretty quiet for such a central location. I was initially skeptical of the 'minimalist' clothes hanger but it worked perfectly for the week I was there. The shower uses a water-saving head but still pretty refreshing after a long day. Initially my room heater was broken but it was fixed immediately by an engineer as soon as I told the front desk, who were always friendly and helpful. The heated rooftop pool, poolside bar and games room is really a great feature, especially if you can get a room on the 5th floor of the tower building where they are located. Pay attention when the front desk tell you which building your room is in so you don't repeat my mistake of trying to get into the wrong room!Fitness facilities are pretty decent - I think the complimentary gym had every type of resistance machine ever made, plus plenty of bikes and treadmills, but only one aging rowing machine (Concept 2, but definitely in need of a service!). A few free weights but no barbells. The breakfast buffet is tasty but quite expensive, while the Yard House restaurant has several reasonably priced and tasty options for lunch or dinner. There are also plenty of other restaurants nearby.Gluten-free options: the breakfast buffet is clearly labeled for allergens, with a decent selection available every day. The Yard House do gluten free buns or lettuce wrap burgers, as well as special versions of several other dishes (and two gluten free beers to choose from). The conference facilities are good and they have plenty of large meeting rooms organized in a fairly centralized way, making meeting up with colleagues pretty easy even at a large meeting. The alcohol prices at conference events are pretty extortionate, but that seems to be the case everywhere.”

“I absolutely love all the staff at this location and the management is very helpful and always goes out of their way. Nancy and her staff are awesome at what they do especially making sure my family and I have what we need no matter the time and day. Way to go staff keep up what you’re doing.”

“A group of us stayed here for a relative's funeral. The rooms were nice. Our bathroom outlet didn't work, and the sleeper sofa was off its track, so we contacted the staff and were quickly attended to. They couldn't fix our issues in a timely manner, so gave us a new room and gave us some money off for our second night's stay. The breakfast is really yummy, too. Fast forward I flew home and couldn't find a small makeup bag. I contacted the hotel through their texting app (so handy) and chatted with Heather. She went above and beyond searching for my lost item - even looking through the garbage for me! And then I ended up finding it at home after all. I was embarrassed, but Heather was gracious. I highly recommend this place to you! They will go the extra mile if needed. ?”

“If I would give NO stars I would.....I would HIGHLY recommend you don't stay here! I had a terrible experience with a staff member there by the name of AMIR. I was having issues with myColorado™ app looking up my ID so he was frustrated from the start, his lack of patience was very apparent. Then I was having issues with my card so I asked if I can use a different card and he said "unfortunately it's not Christmas every day so no I can't help you." At that point with his whole demeanor and attitude towards me I told him that he was very rude and I wanted a refund. He proceeded to be verbally abusive to the points where I was very uncomfortable as a women that I was going to call the cops. I ended up getting a refund because there was no way I was staying at an establishment that talk to their guests that way! If he has no customer service skills, then maybe he shouldn't work at the front desk! Do better AMIR!!”

“We could not be happier with our event held at The Delta! Our leadership met from across multiple states in our Region and had the BEST experience! Cameron made the event planning a breeze and was there every step of the way during our three day conference. Chef Sarah's food was amazing with excellent feedback from our team. Martha and her staff were attentive and proactive to ensure we always had everything we needed. Thank you to the entire crew that helped make this event a success! We will come back year after year because of your personal touches and amazing customer service!”

“I traveled to my Scentsy: World Tour conference at the Denver Marriot West hotel in Golden, Colorado and I will never forget the kindness I experienced there! They treated me like I was a person and not just someone who is giving them money for a hotel room. The managers helped me and were very polite! I would definitely recommend getting a room through their official site! 5+ stars!Rooms: The rooms are very open and are actually cleaned daily, unless you request for it not to be.Safety: There are extra precautions when it comes to the safety and well-being of their guests, including a way to block anyone from entering your hotel room!Food & drinks: The food is amazing, especially breakfast! There is an on-site bar inside the hotel!”
